The property was advertised as a Napa cottage but was considerable distance through traffic to drive to Napa. The house was in a nice neighborhood and well appointed.The price seemed high for being so far from Napa.Please fix the lights in the laundry room.

The stay was wonderful and my group wished we could have stayed longer! The outdoor area is perfect for an intimate gathering, the kitchen had all of the essentials and great access to apps with the smart TV. Lastly, our host was kind, helpful, and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. I hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay. This is a beautiful property, and the host was very accommodating. The backyard was a relaxing hangout, and the hot tub area was our favorite. Even though the property is in American Canyon it is an easy drive into Napa. We would HIGHLY recommend this property!

This property was very enjoyable during our visit to bottle rock. The ping-pong table was fun. Kitchen was appreciated, plenty of towels. The hot tub was clean and an overall great entertaining property good location and very comfortable beds. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!!

For for your group Napa vacay!

Property was large enough to accommodate a group of 10 comfortably, and location was close to all of our activities. Well stocked home, we didn’t need to message our host much either for anything! Loved our stay.

This house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for. The host was super responsive whenever I asked questions and accommodated an early check in with no issues. Couldn't have been happier staying here! Would recommend to everyone!

This home was beautiful, it was very well stocked with all the supplies we needed, plus many that we had never had available to us before and have had to purchase. The home owner had thought of everything.House was very clean and was close to all activities that we wanted to do while in Napa.We were in this area for family holiday - 6 adults with room to spare.

AMAZING!!!

One of the BEST properties I’ve stayed at! Our group was visiting to spend some time in Napa and explore wine country. The house was so clean, had everything you could think of and the most relaxing hot tub. We had a group of 6 and everyone had their own space. Communication with the property was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better stay!

My Grandsons 6th Birthday!!

Great place for family and friends. Had a BBQ Friday night when we arrived along with the birthday celebration!! Saturday we spent the day in San Fran taking my grandson to the Aquarium and then having a seafood dinner at Ghirardelli square. We followed this with a Sunday excursion to Napa for the adults. A great weekend for all in a home to die for.

This house was perfect for our group of 9! Having 3 full bathrooms was huge. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Plenty of extra towels and linens. The hot tub was perfect for post-vineyard relaxation. It was also very clean and there were plenty of towels by the hot tub. I do think it would be a bit tight to sleep 12 people because you’d have to put 2 people in a full/double. However if you were bringing kids it would be perfect because the double bed is in the same room as the twin bed so it would make a great kids’ bedroom. Also, there’s no door to block off the bathroom in the primary suite so that room is best for a couple I think, but it wasn’t ever a problem for us because of the other. The kitchen has everything you need, lots of nice clean dishes, all types of glasses, pots, pans, and utensils. The location is great because it’s super close to Napa and it’s a very easy drive. Overall I highly recommend this property!

We stated for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The Home worked perfectly for our family to all meet up for the special day. The host was wonderful, accommodating and really quick to respond, The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable for everyone. Two of the highlights I would say was the large dining table and pool. The kitchen was also well appointed. Would definitely stay again.
