This property is the perfect location for families with boats and skis! Lake access and the infinity pool made this house top notch. The house itself is beautiful and spotless, could not have hoped for any better.

Beautiful home with awesome views of the Llano River! The house is situated in a great spot on the river and was perfect for the “working vacation” I had planned.We rented a pontoon boat during our stay and were able to have it delivered directly to the boat dock included with the home, which was incredibly convenient. We did not use the concierge service and booked the boat ourselves, but it was nice to have that option available.The home itself was gorgeous, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Since I rented the home for a full week, I brought extra paper goods, cleaning supplies, dish and dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap, but I didn’t need to use any of it. The house was very well supplied.There were kayaks available for paddling on the river and plenty of pool floats and toys to enjoy while swimming. There is also a sandbar nearby that guests have access to, and you can kayak or even walk to it.The house was extremely comfortable for our group, and having an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus. The large kitchen was fully appointed, and there was also a gas grill and smoker available. We didn’t have small children with us, but the home appeared to be very well set up for families with younger children as well.The only reason I didn’t give the property five stars is the proximity of the neighboring homes. They are quite close—close enough that you could easily have a conversation with the neighbors from the pool. The surrounding

A little slice of Heaven

This home is just like being at home! Well furnished and well appointed! We had a fun quiet family wknd! Everyone was comfortable and again all the comforts of home! The concierge service helped us find a chef!

Great Staycation

Our family loved staying at this property. The house was perfect for our needs. If I had to give suggestions to make the stay even better it would be umbrellas or some form of shade for the pool and different lounge chairs by the pool. For some reason we all caught our toes on the legs of those chairs! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and loved the appliances. The pool was just the right size and the lake access was easy. We have been trying to find our favorite property to keep going to, and this one might be it.

The house was amazing for a family getaway! Its spot on the lake is PERFECT! There was a little sandbar about midway across the lake that we took kayaks, floats, or just swam over to, and it was such a relaxing spot to hang out and let the kids explore the lake in a shallow area. The pool was also wonderful, just have to watch the little ones around the long drop at the infinity edge. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Management was super quick to respond when the WiFi went out one day (although not an issue with the house, just turned out to be a brief interruption from the service provider in the area). Overall, very satisfied and would definitely come again!

Fabulous find!

This is our new go-to property at Lake LBJ! The house kitchen was very well stocked and even had a griddle for pancakes! Loved all the refrigerators to keep everything cold! Our teen boys had fun with the game room and poker table. The dock was perfect for the boat and jet ski, but also gave us a break away from our boys’ chaos in the pool. Beautifully decorated, quick communication from the property management company, and very close to HEB.
