Confortable et accueillante sont deux choses que vous vous sentirez à partir du moment où vous entrez dans votre maison de vacances jusqu'à longtemps après que vous avez quitté. Les amis et la famille apprécieront de se retrouver dans la pièce à vivre joliment rénovée et ouverte à l’étage. Les poutres apparentes, le parquet, les armoires et les finitions personnalisées confèrent à cette maison de style montagnard une sensation de fraîcheur et d'élégance. La décoration a été fait avec le confort et la classe à l'esprit. Un grand comptoir / comptoir en granit et un dosseret dans la cuisine ouverte créent l’ambiance idéale pour se divertir. Allumez un feu de bois par une froide matinée ou par une bonne soirée pour créer une ambiance agréable.

Il y a de nombreux conforts tels que la grande baignoire dans la salle de bain principale pour se détendre après la plage ou les pentes, l'accès Internet sans fil et la télévision grand écran dans la superbe salle pour une soirée cinéma en famille. Votre terrasse privée est un endroit serein pour une tasse de café tout en profitant de l'air de haute montagne ou griller la truite que vous avez pris sur le lac. L'emplacement est magnifique en toute saison. La piste cyclable est juste à proximité permettant une promenade facile à la plage ou un grand tour d'un bout de Lakeshore Drive à l'autre. Là, vous pouvez trouver des sentiers hors route si l'aventure est ce que vous recherchez. Forest Pines se trouve sur la navette de ski Diamond Peak et le centre de loisirs Incline est accessible en 10 minutes à pied. Wonderful home!

We stayed over the holiday and the home is amazing and comfortable. All of the amenities you could ask for. The pictures don't do it justice. The teens even commented "this is the best house we've stayed in". They loved the location - close to groceries & Starbucks, lake, bowling, skiing, etc..We will book this rental again for sure. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Perfect location

We stayed here with our 5 kids for a wedding at the Hyatt. Walking distance to food, beach, playground and the Hyatt (about 3/4 mile) where the wedding was. This property is very nice and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is very nicely redone. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and roomy. The property was great. Our kids had a lot of fun in the rec room. We would for sure stay here again. It was great.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six adults and three toddlers spent a relaxing week here in late June. The property was as advertised and in good condition. The rental agency was extremely helpful. Guests should be aware that Incline beaches charge $12 per person per day but are worth it. Forest Pines HOA also limits guests to two parking spaces.

This is the best of the 4-bedroom units at Forest Pines. More comfortable seating and lighting in the living room area would be very much appreciated as well as not having to light the gas grill via match.

The little patio was a bonus to sit outside and enjoy the quiet nature surrounding the unit. The location was ideal - close to the lake on one side and Rayley's up the hill. Great having king sized beds, laundry, and a gas stove. We also enjoyed the clubhouse/pool and lovely grounds. We loved our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Good location, Property was decent

We did have a couple issues (washer leaking, small leak in kitchen faucet) but the property mgmt company was very responsive and took care of both issues within hours of us notifying them.

Great Location and Newly remodeled

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was awesome!!! There was plenty of room for my whole family and the extra powder room downstairs was a lifesaver!! The only thing that was a little on the annoying side was that the fire alarm would go off anytime we turned the stove top or oven on-so if you went to cook breakfast before everyone got up in the morning-you would basically wake everyone up because the fire alarm was on the sensitive side. We have been staying at Forrest Pines for about 12 years-so we will definitely be coming back!!

Forest Pines 1-24

This place was adequate for my family of 8. Nothing special. The location is great...... the place is ok. Needs better lighting in the living room, the bed covers need to be cleaned as I doubt that they have been for years. The smoke alarm needs to be replaced as it goes off if anything is being cooked on the stove. No noticeable smoke or anything but the thing went off on us constantly. The VACATION STATION folks are great to work with though - polite, courteous and responsive. Overall our stay there was fine. We loved the Incline area and the proximity to everything in that area.

Better than the photos

This home was absolutely beautiful and super clean. My family of four, along with my parents, sister and nephew all stayed with room to spare. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the pictures and the counter space is huge! The location offered nice paved trails for little ones to go for easy walks (we had a 1, 2, and 3 year old with us) and they were free to explore safely. We were already planning our next visit to this home before we left!

Spacious and Great Location

This is a very nice property well-situated in Incline Village. Walking distance to groceries and other shops in Incline Village or the Hyatt if you are looking to gamble. The unit comfortably slept 9 adults for a weekend. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we are skiing at Northstar!

Great home for a group and good location

Very nice house to stay in. Easy to pick up keys and very close to the lake and to shops and businesses of Incline Village. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and had all basic amenities. There isn't much hot water, though, so we had to stagger showers.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here with a group of 9 people. Every single person had good things to say. The beds were extremely comfortable! The place was clean. We were looking for some fans and within minutes a man from the rental company brought them out to us. We would definitely stay here again. I think our only complaint is that the house wasn't stocked with enough toilet paper. Overall great experience and we will be back!

Beautiful property, very well maintained

Great accomadations

We had our soccer team staying in 3 different rentals. The families that stayed here were very happy with their stay, the unit was very updated and clean.

Terrific condo with lots of room, great location, comfortable beds

The condo is lovely and has ample room. Has a modern kitchen and open floor plan. Has everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed having two flat screen tv's with one of them in the master bedroom. We had a glitch with the wireless but called vacation station and it was a simple fix (something to do with once you turn on the cable you have to reset the wireless. The one weird thing about this condo is that there are no glasses. I mean no glasses. We used mugs and coffee cups so we were fine but super strange. One thing that is important to me when I stay somewhere is how comfortable the beds are and the linens - and they were great!

Cozy, Roomy & Clean

This property was conveniently located near major amenities. It was easy to find and the management company was very friendly, professional and informative. We had four families that included 7 adults and 5 kids that comfortably utilized the living areas and bedrooms. Overall, it was very clean, cozy and roomy. The only issue we had was limited "hot water", I think primarily due to a small water heater for the size of this place and number of people in our party.
