This fully equipped condo is located in a small, nicely cared-for complex just off of Lakeshore Drive. With a more private setting than many other condos, the unit has a grassy courtyard just off the small balcony, a picnic table right outside the front door during the summer, and a cozy, wood-burning fireplace in the cathedral-ceilinged living area. The recently renovated kitchen (with its quartz peninsula and stools for extra seating, or for chatting with the chef) is well-equipped and ready for however you want to cook, from microwaving popcorn to turning out a gourmet meal. The unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi, as well as a flat screen TV, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and free On-Demand TV and movies. It's a short three-block walk from this condo down to the Hyatt hotel and casino and to many restaurants. including the elegantly rustic lakeside Hyatt Lone Eagle. Three bedrooms include a king-size bed in the master bedroom (with in suite bathroom) on the main floor, and a queen bed and two twin beds in the two upstairs bedrooms. The second bathroom is also located upstairs. The complex offers a summer time pool, and a year-round sauna and hot tub. During the winter, the free Diamond Peak shuttle stops right outside of the complex. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. Accommodates 4 people max. Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)
