La maison entièrement meublée, entourée par le lac Mohawk et Mohawk terrain de golf, fait partie de la communauté du lac Mohawk Country Club. Le lac Mohawk Country Club, un âgé de 90 ans, une communauté alpine une architecture de style à Sparta NJ, fournit un mode de vie de la communauté du lac renforcée par des activités récréatives et sociales, des lacs, des plages de la communauté et les quais, les aires communes bien entretenues, club house et chemins privés .

Le centre-ville - entouré par une promenade authentique - a de charmants restaurants, commerces et services.

Les 70 ans authentique maison de style alpin suisse, avec vue directe sur le lac, est situé sur un jardin personnalisé paysager fournissant extérieur d'un salon de détente avec une végétation bien entretenue, un étang de chute d'eau, barbecue et un centre d'activités pour enfants.

Relaxing Getaway Spot

This beautifully updated home backs up to a golf course with lovely views across the street to the lake. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the outdoor patio that has a charming water feature. Communication with the homeowner couldn’t have been better from the initial booking and throughout our entire stay. We look forward to returning!

A beautiful little gem!

Renting this property was a pleasure. The owner responded very quickly to all correspondence. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and bedrooms are a nice size. The office was very comfortable for our guest that needed to do some work remotely. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed the water feature and the fire pit. Beautiful views from the front and back. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Great location, lake view. Nice outdoor space.

Great Lake view. Walking distance to nice beach. Fished from pier right across the street. Kayaked on the lake. Saw deer, swans, ducks. Nice outdoor dining area with water feature providing a soothing background. Grandkids enjoyed a tour of Sterling Mine, fireworks, Independence Day parade and waterski show downtown. Enjoyed ice cream at Alpine Creamery and visited the candy store downtown several times. Close driving distance to boardwalk and good restaurants. House was immaculate and all needs were anticipated. Beds were very comfortable. A very relaxing vacation. Very pleasant dealing with the owner.

1 It is way overpriced for it. 2. The owner expected me to stay there wait for people to come install utility work and complained about that cost yet he has no problems charging two times what the priceshould be 3. yard had mess on it 4 shower black mold and cracked tiles through the wall.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids and our dog) had a wonderful, relaxing week at this Lake Mohawk house. The beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard was a highlight - we ate all of our meals on the shaded patio with a view of the lake, our boys loved searching for frogs in the little stream/pond, and our dog could safely explore off-leash. Our kids also enjoyed playing and swimming at the beach a short walk away. The house was very clean and comfortable and was well-stocked with paper products, soaps, and basics needed to prepare meals, and there is a grocery store and plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

Relaxing Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Elemer's house. The property is gorgeous, the house was very clean, the beach was a short walk away, and Elemer was a very responsive host. The house and yard were perfect for our family of four (2 children ages 7 and 9) and our small dog. Lake Mohawk is beautiful and the town offered good restaurant options. There are also many great places to hike within a 45 minute drive. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I loved staying at this house! The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a very nice lake view from the kitchen and entryway. Also a lovely view from the gorgeous patio! The inside of the house was perfect for us with nice air conditioning for those hot days. It is truly a perfect place to get away from it all and relax- but there is also a lot to do in the surrounding area! The homeowner was always a text away to answer any and all questions. We liked it so much that we are going back!!!

Perfect Lake House!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation in Sparta! The house is beautiful with many amenities and an immaculately landscaped backyard on the golf course. We enjoyed the beach, the kayak, meals outside, and of course all that Lake Mohawk has to offer. Elemer was very kind and responded immediately to all of our questions. The location is quiet and very peaceful yet accessible to local activities. We look forward to returning very soon!

Nice Stay

Owner makes a big difference as he stays in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. House is well stocked with paper goods to utensils, also used the good size outdoor grill for burgers, sweet corn on the cobb (a must from the many corn fields they have in the area) and hot dogs overlooking a golf course. A good value in a very nice community with small quaint towns nearby. Also, there is a Stop and Shop grocery store 15 minutes away that has everything you can think of for your stay.

Great location, clean, great yard, close to beach, quiet neighborhood, great for family with kids

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this lovely home in Lake Mohawk. It has a WONDERFUL large private backyard that backs up to the golf course...very quiet. There is a large patio with a table (shaded) that seats 8-10...we ate all our meals outdoors. There is a wooden swingset fot the kids and charming little water feature that kept both boys occupied...searching for tiny fish and frogs. The kitchen is well stocked with almost every item you need to prepare your own meals, tv in master and living room, comfy beds, updated bathrooms. Owner is charming and responsive...his only care was that we were well taken care of and happy staying at his home. We will be back!

Perfect Week

Our stay at this beautiful chalet was the icing on a perfect wedding weekend. Elemer is the most considerate host one could ask for and the house exceeded expectations. After hosting dinner in the beautifully landscaped yard, our guests marvelled as to how we found such amazing accomodations. Each bedroom was perfectly appointed for our immediate family to stay as well as a great place for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for my sons wedding. Thank you Elemer and I will find some reason to return just to stay here again.

Fun time with Family!

This was our third stay at this lovely house where we enjoyed spending time with our family who live near by. It is comfortable and well appointed. The owner was most accommodating in taking care of a broken screen door and missing toaster. We're planning to return to celebrate the Christmas Holiday with our family.

Quaint Home on the Lake

Beautifully landscaped quaint Lake Mohawk English style cottage offers a view of the lake and access to Country Club amenities. Best vacation ever for our little Havanese as the yard is fenced and we went boating nearly every day. The breeze and the tranquility of Lake Mohawk makes you relax and forget the world you left behind while on vacation.

Perfect Getaway Property

My wife and children (teenagers and older) had a wonderful week at this property. The house had such a charm about it that it made us feel right at home. We were able to meet the owner, by chance, and he was super gracious. This house has everything you need for a great getaway. Lake Mohawk was incredible, the fishing was as advertised! We caught numerous large mouth bass and pickerel. Some, the sizes that fishing stories are made of. Once again, this property is the perfect piece for any family to get away and relax.

Fantastic Views!

Gorgeous lake and golf course views. Morning sun floods the house with light. House is a Mr Crane original that features an updated eat-in kitchen, master bedroom and a bath on the first floor and two additional bedrooms and bath upstairs. Property was clean and well maintained and offered amenities such as wi-fi, washer/dryer, and flat screen TV. We are former Lake Mohawk residents so this is the perfect place for us to stay and spend time with family and friends. If you are looking for that true lake get away this is the place for you,

Everything Was Perfect!

I can not say enough about how fantastic this vacation was, specifically because of how great this property was for myself and my family. The house is squeaky clean, with everything in perfect condition, a brand new kitchen and super comfy beds. The yard is beautiful for a serene and quiet afternoon spent reading, but in our case it was taken over by the kids who spent all their time on the swings and slide and watching for frogs in the stream! Halfway through the week my 3 year old said to me "Mommy, I don't want to go home. Can this be our home now?" That about sums it up!
