Built in 1910, this charming Victorian home was originally restored in 1995 and has since received many fresh updates. In Germany, “My Little Snail” is a common term of endearment, and this cozy rental truly embodies that warmth. Perfect for traveling couples or small families, the house comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.
From the moment you walk in, you'll feel the charm and inviting atmosphere. The property includes the main house plus an upstairs back apartment with a separate entrance.

Main House:
One bedroom with a custom-made queen-sized wrought iron bed, offering a quiet retreat.
A living area with a sleeper sofa.
Full kitchen with an island and counter stools for casual dining, fully stocked with cups, glasses, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Appliances include a Jenn Air stove, convection oven, microwave, coffee pot, and tea kettle.
Full bathroom with a large, modern walk-in shower.
Separate dining room, bright and cheerful, perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs Back Apartment:
One queen bed and two trundle beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy quiet evenings under the beautiful, large pecan trees.
Backyard features a greenhouse converted into a wine room and plenty of seating.
Outdoor table with four chairs on the back porch, and patio lights in the greenhouse create a relaxing ambiance for a glass of wine before or after dinner.
