Ideal for a memorable city experience.

âą Our workspace is thoughtfully equipped for productivity and comfort: On the 4th floor, find 2 LG 27-inch Ultra HD 4K monitors, paired with an ergonomic Hag Capisco chair and a sit/stand desk. The 1st floor features a Dell 34-inch curved monitor with a premium Herman Miller Aeron chair. Ideal for both work and relaxation.
âą The 1st-floor bedroom boasts a Nectar adjustable bed, adding extra comfort to your stay.
âą Enhance your stay with the exclusive feature of a high-quality projector in the primary bedroom, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows in comfort and style. A standout amenity for an unforgettable experience!
âą Enjoy access to two inflatable paddle boards for a fee of $50 per board during your stay. Perfect for water enthusiasts looking to add some adventure to your vacation!

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
âą This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
âą Please note that thereâs no air conditioning unit in the 4th-floor bedroom.

âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
**House Rules**
âą This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
