Amazing top floor of D building, south-facing corner condo at North Coast Village! Treat yourself to jaw-dropping ocean views straight down the beach to La Jolla, from the moment you walk in the door! You will be mesmerized watching the sail boats go by and the waves roll from your living room sofa or private balcony. Beach Haven has been beautifully remodeled with granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, a beautiful walk-in shower, wood-look porcelain tile flooring, a tumbled stone fireplace, and mirrored living room wall to further reflect the amazing ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils, so you can make breakfast or a gourmet meal! The living room with stone fireplace is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, recliner, 2 chairs, and an ottoman. The corner location includes an extra window in the bedroom to enhance the ocean breezes and natural light.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor.
