Overall, I had a worthwhile stay. This property had nearly all the physical elements necessary for a longer term stay such as mine. The bed was comfortable, the space was decent in size neither too large/small, the washing machine and dryer were modern and worked well, and the cooking materials were sufficient. There were three areas of concern, of which the first two I believe can be easily remedied. (1) There was no functioning wifi, that is, there were wifi accounts, but none of them ever connected to wifi officially. Moreover, there was no access to the wifi router from this unit, with the router being shared between the upstairs unit which was occupied the entirety of my stay. It is essential the host establish another, separate router for this basement unit. (2) There is no functional over which should not come as a suprise given the small space. However, there was a portable oven top that could be plugged in on the counter which acted as my stove for the stay. Host should consider a more permanent cooking situation. (3) The upstairs unit is not a private space, but another relatable unit. While I fortunately encountered no issued, I could force an issue in which one of the two units, or both, cause each other disturbances. Host should be transparent about when both units will be occupied and answer any general questions a concerned potential renter may have.
