Mann Performing Arts Hall, and check out the Cape Coral Farmers Market for fresh produce. Simple moments of peace can be spent swaying in the outdoor hammock or exploring the area's many beaches - all within close proximity.

Featuring two separate living quarters for your group, quick comfort is inevitable amongst the open layouts.

The living rooms boast plenty of seating, making it comfortable for everyone during family movie nights. A board game collection is available when you'd prefer to engage in some playful competition. The gleaming kitchens display stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. When it comes to dining, breakfast bars, formal dining tables, and a large screened-in patio table are available for your meals.

In the primary bedrooms, you'll find cribs for the littlest members of the family, as well as work desks, personal TVs, and quick outdoor access. The additional four bedrooms are sizable and bright, all cooled by central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar list of amenities at your fingertips.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
