La nouvelle Villa Prestige est située dans l'une des zones les plus belles et les plus calmes du sud-ouest de Cape Coral dans le quartier de la marina de Cape Harbor. L'intérieur est moderne et de grande qualité.



Les clients se voient offrir 2 suites parentales et 3 chambres d'hôtes supplémentaires.

Les portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond ouvrent le salon sur la terrasse et brouillent les frontières entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Sur la terrasse, vous trouverez la vue sur la grande piscine chauffée avec bain à remous vers le large canal, qui vous mène dans le golfe du Mexique. La cuisine extérieure avec barbecue iBBQ et un coin salon pour 10 personnes vous invitent à un barbecue confortable. Ascenseur à bateaux avec quai disponible (magnifiques couchers de soleil :-)))

Perfect for Large Groups!

Just concluded a wonderful week staying in this home with a group of family with 7 adults and 5 kids. Everything was perfect and plenty of space for all to relax. Highly recommend this property for your next trip!

Amazing Place!!

We had an amazing time! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean! Had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Great communication with owners/management!! Would recommend to family and friends!!

Something for Everyone

Beautifully appointed and large enough for everyone to gather for games and meals both inside and out. We all enjoyed shopping and restaurants that were plentiful and close. We would certainly recommend this location for any large group.Plenty of private room and together room for this large multigeneration Family. We made some great memories.

Best equipped VRBO ever

We were so blown away by how well stocked this house was every single kitchen item you could ever need was there. There was 18 of us we all comfortably fit into the home. The teenagers took over the bunk room and were happy campers with the WiFi speed even with over 30 devices connected to it between phones, Xboxes and switches we brought. The heated pool and spa were amazing for this cool January weekend. So many restaurants and stores around us, fabulous location.,it was convenient to uber from the fort Myers airport.

Amazing home but...

there were no dressers in the house, so all of the clothes had to be hung (and there weren't a ton of hangers) or stacked around the room. very strange. also the bunkbed bedroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms, so those guests had to walk through someone else's room to enter or leave. very strange. that being said, the house is beautiful, the location is amazing, the pool and outdoor space is perfect! and there are burrowing owls across the street.

Each walk in closet has shelves and a lot of hanging space , additional hangers are placed in walk in closet in the laundry room ( i wish you would ask:-) ). The bedroom with twin beds has an additional and separate entrance from outside. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and we would be very happy to welcome you again in Cape Coral.

The rooms were very clean. The pool & hot tub were always warm. Nice sheets and plenty of thick towels. Nice blankets & pillows everywhere. Walking distance to grocery store & Walgreens & restaurants. There were 11 of us and plenty of space. This house is very family friendly but does have glass tables. Back bedroom with bunk beds was a bit inconvenient as you had to walk thru another bedroom to get there. We had 2 teen girls and 3 younger boys, but they all made it work. Everyone had so much fun in the pool and sitting out by the pool.

Wonderful house!

Owners were great to communicate with. House was beautiful and just as pictures showed. Pool was warm and perfect. Bedrooms were super nice and up to date and kitchen fully stocked! We will be back!

Amazing home for large gatherings

The property was beautiful and accommodated our families needs. Everyone had their own space but yet we could come together for dinners, swimming, and games with plenty of space. The property manager was receptive to our needs and was very helpful. All essentials were provided and we only had to shop for food. We would highly recommend this property for larger groups of all ages. My only suggestion would be for the property manager to offer fishing poles and swim toys. Otherwise this property has everything and more. The views are astounding for sunrises and sunsets!

Cape Coral getaway

We had a wonderful time at this home, there was enough room for all 13 of us. There is nothing like having your kids and grandkids all in one house and still have room. Well stocked with what you need and decorated like right out of Martha Stewart. We loved our time together and took our boat and enjoyed the water. It was wonderful and we had no issues with communicating with the owners. The pool/entertainment area was just perfect. The only negative I have is it is a long boat ride to get to the ocean, even though a long ride well worth it as the water was breathtaking and we saw many dolphins, sea urchins, sand dollars, sting rays and jumping fish. Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful home on scenic canal

Our family, which included 5 teenagers, enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house on a canal. We especially enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Lots of nice artistic touches including art and fresh roses!

Fun!

Such a perfect place for 10 people! Plenty of room. Cooking was easy. The laundry room with the beer fridge was so helpful. So many beach towels! We opted to rent one of their boats - great, but we had experienced boaters. Don’t do it if you aren’t a little familiar with boating. Hire Captain Herb to help you out. This house was wonderful!

Very nice property and great management!

We enjoyed the property very much, we are a family of 7 and were very comfortable. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. Management is amazing, communication was on point and consistent. Will definitely rent again!!!

Quiet Florida oasis

We absolutely love our vacation abode down in Florida. The neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. On our daily morning walk, the neighbours seemed very friendly and we loved to search out and watch the cute burrowing owls.

We took our children and grandchildren for get away vacation. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property. Very clean and roomy. The grandkids couldn’t stay out of the pool. We will definitely visit the area again and hope this property is available.
