Un studio rafraîchissant dont vous tomberez amoureux!

Le lit king size est parfait pour une retraite en couple ou une petite famille car nous avons un autre matelas de taille qui peut être retiré. Il y a un bar avec des grains de café frais, du thé et moitié-moitié. Au coin de la cuisine, vous entrez dans la salle de bain avec une grande douche à l'italienne et du linge de maison propre.

Ce studio a été entièrement rénové depuis le début et vous en aurez la sensation lorsque vous marcherez sur les nouveaux planchers en bois et que vous verrez la lumière rebondir sur les murs d'un blanc éclatant délicatement décorés avec des œuvres d'art. Venez séjourner dans cet humble petit studio à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Asheville !!

Le propriétaire habite à l'étage, mais est seulement là pour vous aider avec toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir. Le studio est très calme et la grande cour regorge de coins salons, de jardins et de sculptures et offre une vue spectaculaire. Être si près de la ville et pourtant se sentir si loin est un vrai régal!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s the perfect location for exploring all areas of Asheville. Backyard is beautiful to sit and relax. King-size bed was comfortable with lots of pillows.

I love this place

This cute little nook is very private, close to everything in Asheville, and the host is kind and available. It is not 'walkable' in the middle of downtown or anything, but just enough out of the way that it is reliably calm and quiet. It was perfect for me and my boyfriend.

Wonderful place!

This was our first trip to Ashville and we had a wonderful time. Callie is a warm and friendly and is a great host! The setting is lovely and the yard is full of amazing metal sculptures made by the host! The space is very cute and inviting. It was less than 10 minutes to get downtown and a convenient distance from other places as well. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the English muffins, eggs and organic coffee that were left for us. We would like to return here!

Peaceful Weekend!

We so enjoyed our stay here:) Peaceful, scenic location and so close to everything. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. The history, house, art and garden are unique and add to the experience! Cozy Asheville studio

The studio was so clean and cozy (one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on!) and the property was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to everything in Asheville. Callie was a wonderful host - so great to talk to and made everything very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly perfect!

The cutest apartment ever, with a private entrance enabling my adult daughter and I to feel very comfortable coming and going without fear of bothering the owner. Callie is a most gracious host and we slept like logs in quiet, cozy seclusion! Very convenient location with easy check-in and we hope to be back to visit again in the near future!

This VRBO is terrific!

We spent 6 days here and we loved every minute. The location is beautiful, a lovely garden-filled property at the end of a dead end street, surrounded by trees. It is a convenient base of operations for activities in downtown Asheville and the surrounding area. We went horseback riding and river rafting within a half hour drive. The unit has everything we wanted: a well appointed kitchen; comfortable sleeping area; very clean and well maintained; private access. A home away from home. The owner lives above and she was very responsive to all our questions, but never intruded on our privacy. This is a great spot to stay in Asheville.

This rustic basement studio apartment was quiet and comfortable, with ample space for our party of 3. Tucked away in a charming neighborhood on a beautiful piece of property, the location was the perfect proximity to downtown, neighboring areas, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

My stay in this area required good rest and the cozy and artistic surroundings allowed just that. If I were staying longer with a companion, I would have enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the wonderful little gas stove in the kitchen.

Serene Setting

This property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is very convenient. The space is nicely decorated and kitchen is well equipped. The gardens and sculptures are beautiful and the yard backs to woods. It is close to I-40, so is very convenient to all that Asheville area has to offer. Callie is a wonderful host and we would love to visit again.

Quiet, beautiful, & convenient

This is a charming place in a very quiet area, yet so convenient to get to the UNCA campus, downtown, and the River Arts District. The host has clearly thought of everything guests might need, and then some. Having interesting art inside and around the yard made it feel very homey. We only wish we had had more time to spend just relaxing in the backyard.

A lovely space! Callie is very friendly and welcoming. The space is extremely peaceful and the Asheville mountain air definitely feels healing. Beautifully decorated, spacious for a studio, and overall very pleasant space. Will stay again if the need arises.

Perfect Place

This home is perfect all the way around. The property is like a mini apartment. The bed is comfy, the kitchen ample, and the bathroom large. It's on a beautiful property at the end of a street in a tucked-away little neighborhood that's close to everything. Callie is a great host with great knowledge of the area. What we liked best was the tranquility of the area. Our first morning, I was making coffee and a bunny appeared out the window. The location can't be beaten, as you can be downtown in under 10 minutes. We were in town for a visit to UNC Asheville, which was a stone's throw away. Hopefully, we will get a chance to visit again!

I have been an artistic welder for 25 years and some of her work is present around the property as well as inside the studio. Coming back to my childhood land and city has been a healing choice. The land my grandparents bought in 1945 is still in the family, which is a rare occasion in these times.
I am a pesticide free, chemical free owner here and am slowly converting the land from grass to native plants and pollinators. Spending time in my garden beds is a peaceful refuge for the world and though it's not "manicured" garden beds of the English style, it is rich with abundant flowers and vegetables.
I do live upstairs but respect privacy on all levels.
If you are cooking here, feel free to cut some rosemary, sage, oregano, thyme, and mint from the yard to add flavor!
If you hear a guitar and some singing during the day, I also try and keep my chops up from years of singing professionally. Will always try and be discreet!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My grandparents bought the white house next door on the left and three acres before this house was built in 1945. A double rainbow was their sign and you very well may see one yourself while here! This house was built in 1959 and it's never left our family.
