Détendez-vous dans un cadre paisible et privé, niché dans le quartier historique de Montford. Entouré d'arbres et de maisons de charme, vous adorerez la proximité du centre-ville tout en vous sentant niché dans votre propre paradis confortable. Cette suite parentale de luxe récemment rénovée est équipée de sa propre entrée, d'une véranda privée, d'un parking dédié, d'un coin salon, d'une kitchenette avec bar à petit-déjeuner et d'une salle de bains principale de luxe.
Cette suite au deuxiÚme étage a été récemment et entiÚrement rénovée et offre de l'eau filtrée de chaque luminaire, des meubles et des équipements neufs, y compris le wifi dédié, un mini split pour vos besoins de chauffage et de refroidissement ainsi que de l'eau chaude sur demande et une télévision connectée.
La ville historique de Montford se trouve juste au nord du centre-ville et est l'un des endroits les plus recherchés pour vivre et séjourner à Asheville. C'est un charmant quartier pittoresque et résidentiel à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et des divertissements. Il est idéal pour se promener tranquillement avec une voie verte sur Reed Creek derriÚre le quartier et un parc à proximité qui a des courts de tennis et de basket-ball. This place is a 10/10 for sure. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating for a date change we made. The place is super clean, toiletries and linens provided and the location is perfect for downtown or highway access. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Lani was a very communicative host! We were impressed the amenities/extras included at the rental. I forgot my hairspray, and there was some available to use. There were several other things available that we don’t tend to see at other rentals. The linens were also very cozy! We loved how close to downtown the rental is, while being in a quiet and peaceful part of town. It was a great stay!

Great stay. Very clean and well appointed apartment. The bathroom was amazing. The clawfoot tub was much appreciated after a long day of driving. Very close to downtown. When downtown is crowded on the weekend, save yourself parking stress and get an uber for under 10!

We had an amazing time at this property and couldn't have asked for a better weekend escape. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well organized, and just as described in the listing if not better!The property had a cozy, welcoming vibe with thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and the area was beautiful.Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The location was perfect too, close enough to town for anything we needed, but quiet and peaceful enough to really unwind.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. We’re already talking about coming back!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The location was perfect to easily access downtown Asheville. Additionally the host was very responsive and attentive to any needs of her guests. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Lani's attentiveness. The arrival instructions she provided were spot-on and she was very responsive. The space was cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. We especially enjoyed how clean the space was as well as the deep soaker tub and lovely shower. The location was very convenient to downtown but was in a quiet residential area, which provided nice opportunities for leisurely walks. For awareness, there really isnt a defined path to the porch and the surface is a bit uneven but Lani provided good instructions. Also, I'm a light sleeper so I noticed the A/C fan rattling throughout the night but I wore my ear plugs which helped. We'd entertain booking this space for a future stay in AVL.

Close to downtown and lovely place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a romantic anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it! We stumbled upon Lani’s place and instantly knew it was the perfect spot. Just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Asheville and nestled in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, the location couldn’t have been better. Lani was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and attentive. The property itself was spotless, charming, and incredibly cozy. We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the heart of the city!

Cozy little apartment

The location was great. Lani was easy to work with. There is a set of stairs you have to carry luggage up. We had no trouble but some people could. The apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of homey touches and very well equipped. I would happily stay here again.

Charming, Elegant and Restful✹

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage nestled in peaceful, tucked-away Montford/Asheville. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is perfect for leisurely walks, quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Dining out was a breeze, with so many fantastic local restaurants just minutes away! The cottage itself was immaculate and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, luxurious linens that made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I was also so grateful for the pure, clean water from every tap—it felt like a little luxury every time I poured a glass. One of my favorite parts of the stay was relaxing in the tub after a day of exploring. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully appointed, and those baths became a cherished part of my routine. Afterward, I would drift off to sleep so easily in the peace and quiet of this perfect little nest. The host, Lani, was extremely helpful and more than accommodating. She was very quick to respond. Lani is a real pro! Thank you Lani! I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a serene, comfortable, and convenient home base in Asheville!

Great place to stay in Asheville!

My wife and I were looking for a place in Asheville close to downtown but private and in a nice neighborhood. This place checked every box. It was cozy and comfortable, and the proximity to the Reed Creek Trail was a big bonus. Highly recommended!

I want to live here!

This was my second time visiting Asheville and I will always try to stay at this apartment when I’m here. The location was perfect and the host did a great job providing anything a person might need during a stay. We loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood and just about everywhere we wanted to go was 5-10 minutes away.

After purchase of this family owned property I lovingly restored every inch and acted as the designer as well as the contractor for the entire renovation which took 3 1/2 years. I made every design choice and decision which brought this home back to its former glory. I personally retsored the 63 double hung windows and 33 original doors. Once you stay with me you will see and feel the love, and feel loved in return....
