We had a great stay, the property is so close to downtown and such an easy drive to everything. You can absolutely walk to things around the area. Would absolutely recommend!
Stay here when you visit Asheville. The tiny house was excellent! And the hosts were welcoming and had excellent recommendations for food and hikes. The location is convenient to everything! My only small issue we had was that the bed is upstairs in the loft area...which is above the air conditioning unit and the fan. All the cold air was blowing down so the loft area was fairly hot when trying to go to sleep. But my wife and I are both hot natured so someone else may have no issues. I will definitely stay here again.
Loved everything about this tiny home experience!! Besides the home and yard being absolutely adorable it was super comfortable with everything I needed to have the best experience while attending a painting workshop in downtown Asheville. The listing is absolutely spot on and Canfra is very kind and personable. Would love to stay here again!!
The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Lots of great recommendations for hikes in the area. The property was nice and clean. It was a great distance and easy trip into downtown. We would highly recommend a stay here!
Perfect stay with charm and chill of West Asheville
This was my third time staying in Asheville. By far, this was my favorite place to stay while in Asheville. It was quiet, private, and the tiny house had everything necessary. The decor and layout was great!
We had a great stay at this ADU. The carpentry was beautifully done, the furnishings very tasteful. And the hosts were the right combination of friendly and unintrusive.
I had a great time spending the majority of a summer living in this tiny home for a summer job. Candra and her family were super welcoming and the place was absolutely lovely! Would highly recommend a stay here, it was a perfect place to stay for a short or long term visit to Asheville!
This loft is ADORABLE and exactly what I needed for a little "wooosah" weekend! This place strikes the perfect balance of minimalist sophistication and cozy charm. The homeowner was very responsive. I hope to come back!
Great place and stay. Clean, cute,
fun. People nice. The only bad thing was check in they forgot
about us arriving so didn't get in till late and speaking with cs. Otherwise great.
until late and went thru custbserv.
Everything was great except the bathroom which is a tad small and the sink likes to splash you if turned up too high. The kitchen window is lacking a curtain as well which was not ideal. Enough about the bad though as everything else is as listed and very comfortable for two people to stay in for a week or so.
1st tiny house experience. Perfect while I attended chair weaving class in the River Arts District. Host was excellent. Communication excellent. Family & neighborhood welcoming, warm & protective. I was allowed to stay until there was a way out of Ashville. We weathered the storm physically unscathed! I was interacted with as if I belonged there. They kept me safe physically & mentally. Bless Asheville. Sending love & light as you grieve, stay strong & rebuildâ„ïž
Loved this place! Went to Asheville to adventure and see the Biltmore. 10 minutes away from everything. Great coffee shops and family owned restaurants all around.
Great place to stay if you wan to disconnect from everything. Was upset I didnât realize there was no TV but appreciated it afterward because it let you get away from technology.
Super clean and has all the necessities you need.
Very quite neighborhood with really friendly neighbors in the area.
Highly recommend anyone staying here here! Thanks again guys for accommodating!
My daughter was invited by her professor to present her research at a Community Planning Conference. The home was close to the conference center, along with local parks and stores. We enjoyed the kitchen, with the exception of there not being a covering over the kitchen window. That made us uncomfortable. We really enjoyed Una the cat, and when it wasn't raining, the spacious backyard. The only other negative aspect was the tricky air conditioning unit. It became very warm, so we looked up the unit online and implemented the remote settings it suggested. That improved it a lot, but it was still uncomfortable upstairs when we went to sleep. The host returned our message and offered to come over, but we had fixed it by then. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
This charming mini house was the perfect home base for our recent trip to Asheville. It is located directly behind the owners house in their quiet neighborhood. The space is small, but efficient. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean, and the bed in the loft space was so comfortable. I slept better than I ever have in a bed outside of my own.
Candra, the host, was excellent at communicating. Not only did she give clear instructions for check in/out, but she also gave recommendations on hikes, coffee shops, and other things to do around Asheville. She and her family were on vacation while we were there, so we did not get to meet them.
This location is a 10 min drive from downtown Asheville, a 3 min drive to Westville, and within an hour drive to numerous hiking spots.
If you're looking for a cozy and quiet space away from the business of the city, I'd highly recommend Asheville Getaway.
