Welcome to your private suite in the South Slope, near over a dozen of Asheville renowned breweries and just a 10 minute walk to Downtown Asheville which is filled with shopping, arts/culture and restaurants. We live and work in Asheville, with our 3 kids, dog and cat. The apartment is private and makes a comfortable place to land after a day enjoying nature, local restaurants and breweries, taking in cultural events or visiting the world-famous Biltmore.

Shelter from the storm

Great location to walk or Uber around. Clean, cozy apt. with comfy bed and convenient kitchenette. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was close (10 min walk) to downtown shops and breweries. Parking was available off street which was a plus.

Weekend Getaway

The location is great, just a 10-20 minute walk to anywhere downtown. Just off the beaten path, so it’s an affordable and quiet place to stay, equipped with all basic needs. Just as advertised :)

Great little apartment a short walk into brewery areas

The apartment was well appointed and had everything that would be needed. Parking was easy on site, and walking down to the south slope brewery area or downtown was easy and convenient.

Great Downtown Hideaway

We loved being walking distance to everything downtown. Prepare to walk up up up the hill, but not far overall! We had a great time going for city jaunts and finding nearby hikes (driving distance less than 15 minutes). We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable apartment, excellent location

I was traveling to Asheville for a concert and wanted to stay close to the venue but not in a hotel. This wonderful apartment was walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. I really enjoyed being in the neighborhood, very cool established homes. The accommodations were as described, bed was great and the place was easy to cool down on a hot summer day. Would love to stay again!

perfect getaway spot

This was a great place to stay for a night on the town. We attended a show at the Orange Peel and we were able to walk in about 10 mins. Not only was the location great, the apartment was clean, inviting and comfortable. Our host was responsive, but allowed us the privacy needed. This will definitely be a place we will book on our next trip to Asheville!

Wonderful Place

We had a great time staying at this place. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The owners live upstairs and are very kind. The location was just what we needed. We walked all over downtown each day and night.

Walking distance to many things, but wear comfy shoes. Lots of hills. Place is perfect for 2 people. Easy Uber ride from airport.

Great location! Clean and nice for 2 people. No TV which isn’t a big deal, but would be nice when taking a break and hanging around the place. Great place though.

Cute and clean

This property was as it was pictured on the site. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. I loved the real plants situation around the apartment. The hostess and her daughter were friendly and kind. I felt the area was safe. I was very grateful to have off street parking. :)

Perfect for a long weekend

This property, in an older neighborhood very close to downtown, is exactly like the pictures shown, and is just right for 1-2 people. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The path down to the back door was a little steeper than I expected, but nothing I couldn't handle and I am in my 70's. It is a short walk to the heart of downtown, but is hilly and quite steep, so I do not recommend walking unless you are fit and used to it. It is less than a 5 minute drive to the center of the city. Owners were nice and very responsive to my questions. There were some previous comments about the lack of darkness in the bedroom, but we did not experience that. The shades were dark enough and there was no outside light that stayed on. The outside light is motion-activated. I recommend this place and would gladly stay there again.

lovely apartment

As everyone mentions, the walk from town is no long, despite the hilliness. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, though there were a few problems -- the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason in the wee hours once, so we didn't get much sleep that night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
