This is the perfect property for families or friends traveling with a group, parents or grandparents, or adult children because you get two homes connected by a courtyard with pool/hot tub and outdoor seating.
POOL/HOT TUB
Enjoy the stock-tank pool with comfort liner and jets that seats eight comfortably and can fit up to 10. The pool can be chilled in the summer or heated in cooler months. Also, grab a sports game or your favorite show on the outdoor Roku TV.
CLOSE TO BEACHES
Whether you walk or drive, you'll be super close to Galveston's beaches. Just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the Seawall.

Enjoy exclusive access to both homes. Off-street parking is available at the front house for two vehicles in the garage and 1-2 vehicles in the driveway. The back house can fit one vehicle in the garage and another parked sideways in the driveway. (Parking in the street is not permitted.)

QUIET HOURS
Out of respect for guests and local residents staying in adjacent vacation homes or permanent residences, outdoor quiet hours are from 11 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and courtyard area after 11 p.m., but if you do, please keep volume to low/minimal levels.
POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By renting this property, guest understands that use of the stock-tank pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool.
Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries.
Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur.
Guest agrees to secure pool cover when pool is not in use. Guest understand that the front door of the back house that leads directly to the pool area has a safety lock that guests may use for added safety.
Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guestsâ use of the pool.
