Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando. Just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and SeaWorld. We are on Universal Blvd, just one block from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls 10 minutes away. We are surrounded by restaurants from fast food to 5 star. Next to Vista Cay and walking distance to Publix supermarket, UPS store, Walgreens, liquor store and various excellent casual restaurants.

One word "Wonderful"!

This has been one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at. The apartment is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, large deck over looking the lake and bedrooms are super cozy. The location is amazing with a grocery store and restaurants across the street and equal distance to both pools, which are beautiful, at the resort. The convience of getting to Universal, Disney and the airport was also a huge benefit. I think the best part was the communication with Lin & Geoff who were incredible during our stay going above and beyond to help us out wtih some glitches in our plans. They certainly did not have to help but they did and we are so gratiful. The ease of working with them was another plus. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We cannot wait to go back!

Pleasantly Surprised

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The apartment is much better in person. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfy beds (very important). If I have to critique anything it would be that there weren’t any extra towels in the closet, but we simply used the pool towels.

Comfortable and welcoming

This property was extremely comfortable and 5* clean, 10-15 minutes walking distance to OCCC for a conference. MANY amenities surrounding the area and easy to drive to Sea World and Disney parks. Even though an end unit, the road noise was not noticeable. Hosts extremely quick with response and took care of concern immediately (replaced microwave as soon as we notified was not working). Beds so comfortable, great for sleeping and resting.Provided enough starting essentials for our stay! Wonderful property, so nice to have an entire condo with a beautiful LAKEFRONT view, greatly enjoyed the balcony.

Perfect

The unit was perfect for us. Just the right size so we didn’t feel like we were cramped and in each others way especially since there was 6 of us. Our hostess was very pleasant to deal with and kept us updated on the situation with the hurricane. They area that the unit was located was wonderful as we had grocery stores and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

The unit was just as hoped. Clean and comfortable with a view of the lake and close to Publix and several casual restaurants. Management was as responsive and helpful. Lovely experience overall.

Excellent! Highly recommend

The location, facility, and apartment were excellent. Kitchen stocked enough to make decent meals with ease. Check-in and out was super easy and the apartment was nicely appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend and will in fact use again if in the area.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was located in a very convenient location to go both to the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Close to a grocery store and many great restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The space itself was perfect for our family. Lots of space and a great balcony to watch the sunset. My only complaint is the noise from the nearby road was loud for sleeping.

A Very Merry Christmas

Wow! This is the first short term rental that has truly been as advertised. Communication with Lin and Geoff was super easy, the check-in instructions were on point. We requested to check in early, and check out late, and they accommodated our request. Since it was cold, Lin let us know she activated the heat, so we would come to a nice a cozy home :). So nice! It’s the little things, like the Xmas tree waiting for us. Lin and Geoff have thought of everything! Extremely well stocked kitchen, cooking utensils, bowls, cutting boards, very nice knife set. Yes, we cooked a few meals, mainly breakfasts. The only hiccup we had was that we could not figure out how to make the refrigerator water filter and ice machine work. Geoff brought us a bag of ice, which was very kind :) and our teenage nieces appreciated it very much, they love iced coffee. The place is immaculate, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable, even the pillows, and they put extra pillows, and bedding in the closets. The bathrooms are nice, great water pressure, the primary bathroom has a shower and a tub. My husband had to work a few of the days, and the internet and desk were perfect for him. . The complex is centrally located, we were visiting family in Altamonte Springs, and getting on I-4 was super easy, taking 528 to the turnpike and going to the parks/outlets in the area was a breeze. We will recommend this place to everyone.

EXCEPTIONAL!

Exceptional luxury property with beautiful design details throughout. I was in town for a tradeshow with two co-workers so this 3bd unit was perfect! It was over 2000sq with a great layout, and was exponentially larger and nicer than any of the hotels in the surrounding area for a fraction of the cost. The complex has a walking distance supermarket and shuttle bus service to the convention center as well which was great. The bathrooms were oversized and gorgeous and kitchen was immaculate. Lin was extremely helpful and responsive and a pleasure to rent from. I look forward to future rentals when I’m back down in the Orlando area. This was my first experience using homeaway and im so pleased I did. The experience and this property far experienced my expectations. Thanks Lin again!!! Best, Laura Weldon, New York City

Great place to stay in Orlando

Loved the home, which had everything we needed, and also very convenient to the convention center, where my daughter had a volleyball tournament. Also met the owners, who were onsite, and very accommodating for a little earlier check in, after a long drive from Cincinnati. Would highly recommend for anything at the convention center or any of the nearby attractions in Orlando. A great home, and very clean!

Excellent location!

Overall our stay was nice. The location was so convenient to what we were in town to do (SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica). It was also very convenient to Publix, gas and restaurants in a safe part of town near convention center and Icon Park. The condo was clean and smelled nice. It could use some updates and the A/C ducts need desperately to be cleaned as there was dust in them and black marks on ceilings outside of every vent. I would recommend for a spacious rental for a family.

Had a very nice stay at this lovely condo, centered in the middle of Orlando attractions. Very roomy and spacious. Traffic can get heavy, but planning around schedules helps

Excellent and comfortable for our family

Our family of 4 stayed in this spacious, clean and modern condo during a visit to Disney. It was so nice to stretch out in the large living room, bedrooms, open kitchen and enjoy privacy in our own bathrooms (one in master and one for just kids). We chose a condo vs staying at a Disney resort to get more space, peace and quiet. We drove the 20 min each day to the Disney park and it was so easy to get in and out. Lovely town with restaurants and grocery, wine stores walking distance. Restaurant recco: Cafe Tu Tu Tango is fab!
