- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival to register with building management to facilitate smooth

- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra
charge.
- Property is entitled to the right to hold a pre-authorized security deposit and this can be paid on-site or in advance.
- As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a
Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the total price of your booking and can be paid
separately in advance or upon arrival.
