Golfer’s Paradise! This 3BR/2BA Rotonda West home features a private heated pool and sits on a peaceful canal—great for fishing or launching your kayak from the dock. Includes 1,620 sq ft, garage, private driveway, and Blackstone BBQ grill. Surrounded by 5 golf courses and just 9 miles to Englewood Beach, 12 to Boca Grande. Whether golfing, paddling, or relaxing, this home has it all. No commercial vehicles allowed in the driveway. Your Florida escape awaits!
Occupancy Limits
Only the registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit must be adhered to as stated in the rental agreement.
Minimum Age
The primary renter (guest booking the property) must be at least 18 years old. Some properties may require a higher minimum age (e.g., 25).
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in Time: 4:00 pm
Check-out Time: 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., to avoid disturbing neighbors. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the property, lanai and garage. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated receptacles. Minimum charges of $400 apply to smoking or vaping inside a non-smoking residence.
Pets
If pets are allowed at the property and you have obtained approval and paid fee, please ensure that pets are kept on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb neighbors.
Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
Parking
Guests must park only in designated parking areas. No parking on lawns, sidewalks, or in spaces not assigned to the property. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Cleaning and Trash
Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy during their stay. Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bins on the property. Follow local recycling guidelines. Guests should remove all personal items and dispose of trash before check-out.
Appliance Use
Appliances and electronics must be used in accordance with the property’s instructions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. Turn off all appliances when not in use, including the air conditioning, lights, and kitchen appliances.
