Midtown 2-Bedroom Flat: Steps to Ice Blocks

A two-bedroom flat directly across from the Ice Blocks, three city blocks of retail, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks are a short walk away, and the Golden 1 Center, DOCO, the State Capitol, Old Sacramento, and the Railroad Museum are minutes off. The airport is a 20-minute drive.

Two queen bedrooms, high ceilings, and a back porch overlooking the garden make this a fit for two couples, a small family, or a group. Off-street parking included.

THE SPACE

Two bedrooms and one bathroom, with high ceilings, fast wifi, and a 65-inch TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a work desk and a walk-in closet, and both bedrooms have queen mattresses and 42-inch smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and linens and toiletries are provided. Out back, a charming porch looks onto the garden and a 16-foot stainless water fountain. The porch is yours to use. The garden itself is not part of the stay.

We are pet friendly. Please include the number of pets in your reservation. Guests who do not disclose a pet will be charged the pet fee at checkout. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including additional cleaning for stains or spots.

Late checkout requires approval at least 24 hours in advance and cannot always be granted due to cleaning schedules. Same-day requests are $25 per half hour, charged at the top of the hour.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the primary living area during their stay, utilizing a unique door code for entry. Moreover, they have the convenience of off-street parking right in front of the garage door. Please be mindful not to obstruct access to the side driveway.

Set in a tranquil and welcoming neighborhood, our home is situated alongside neighboring rental units on the ground floor. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoiding disturbances for our fellow residents below.
