Gorgeous house! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need! (Except a measuring cup )Comfortable beds! Great rooms with ample space. Awesome backyard with fruit trees. This is like staying in your own home away from home. Great value for what you get! We hope to stay again in the future! Easy check in and great communication.

This was the most equipped VRBO we have ever rented. All we needed to buy was the food we would eat. Nice, neat, clean and plenty back yard space. We’re looking this location up our next visit.

Christmas Stay

Two families of 4 stayed together for Christmas. They allowed us to check in early given our varying arrival times. Well stocked amenities and the fruit trees in the backyard were very fun for the kids to see. We would surely stay here again when we visit family in the area.

Kitchen was amazing and fully stocked. Bedrooms were just perfect, beds so comfortable, everything squeaky clean and tastefully furnished with very nice furniture. Backyard has lemon and orange trees and is so restful to look at. Totally a 10 out of 10. We will be back, Ginger and Joseph.

Perfect cozy place!

Our stay was amazing! My family and I loved every aspect of the house. It was clean and prepared for our arrival. Favorite parts— the guest book and the pink room! My sister was IN LOVE with the pink room. It was so fun looking through the pages, and leaving our own little message behind. There was so much detail into the house— it almost felt like home. Perfect 6-8 people!

The house was spotless and nicely decorated. This house was extremely well-stocked in all areas. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook with. It was like being in my own home. The bathroom too was stocked with items that you may have forgotten (Cotton balls, tampons, makeup sponges). The backyard was darling with fruit trees and a lovely patio to dine at. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to others. Thank you for such a comfortable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful decorative touches. Everything was so well stocked and welcoming. The backyard is happy making - we loved the lemon, pomegranate, and clementine trees, such a peaceful spot to relax! Bedrooms were great. Two beds on the higher side and two beds at a standard height, The showers with removable handles and accessibility features were so convenient and appreciated. And we walked around the neighborhood to get steps in which was so lovely. Thank you Ginger and Joe for sharing your wonderful home with us - we truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Beautiful home and excellent hosts!

This property is one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed at. There was no shortage of tp, paper towels, sponges, shampoo and everything you could think of in the kitchen. It was a nice change and especially welcome after a long drive. The neighborhood felt nice and safe. Lovely yard full of fruit trees. Joe and Ginger were very kind and easy to communicate with. A great stay for our family! Highly recommend!

Quiet, Great Location, Nice Home!

This home is very clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. We came and went often as we were visiting family. Beds were comfortable, check-in/check-out was easy. Costco and Walmart are nearby making grocery shopping easy. One note for guests, the two bathrooms have plenty of towels, shower mats, black wash clothes so check both as we found they weren't evenly distributed. Bring your own body wash/soap, shampoo & conditioner for the master bathroom as there was none. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Beautiful VRBO!

This VRBO is really quaint. The check in and check out process is seamless and Ginger was very responsive on some questions we had. She has added so many nice touches to make her guests feel at home - it literally has everything you need in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and pots/pans which made cooking so easy. The backyard is really green and beautiful with lots of fruit trees. It is also very close to a Walmart Supercenter and Costco, however, the surrounding area and neighborhood is not in the best part of town. We would definitely stay here again..

Hello Danielle, We are so glad you loved this home and property so much. I wish you loved the neighborhood as well. We have owned this home for a long time and have enjoyed the neighborhood very much with countless walks and bike rides. Neighbors have been very kind and have jumped at the opportunity to mow the lawn or help if ever needed. That said, we hope to encourage you for next time that you can feel very safe here in this nicely established neighborhood and not just on our private property. Lovely home in Citrus Heights

We had a really wonderful visit at this lovely house. Ginger was great to communicate with. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need to cook with and plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil and spices. There were lots of extras like snacks, oatmeal, flour, and pasta. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. The space was very clean and there were lots of cute decorations.Close to shopping and convenient to the highway. Definitely recommend!

Our extended family was visiting from Minnesota for our son’s wedding this past week! Ginger and Joseph right from the start were both gracious and accommodating. They congratulated us on our son’s wedding and did not give us the third degree about anything for no reason like many other hosts. Their place was beautiful, clean, well stocked and they needed nothing! Communication was excellent and I really appreciated their help and input! We had to rent 4 VRBO’s to accommodate our family and my only wish I had known earlier they own several in close proximity so please keep that in mind if you need multiple homes!

Family wedding

Ginger and Joe were great hosts! The house was as pictured and very nice! The only two mentions would be that the one master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house, but Ginger replied quickly when we asked if we could purchase a room fan - thank you! Second mention is the location - we just werent familiar with the area. Still a beautiful home, nice hosts, and a definite do over! Thank you...
