This cute little house was perfect for our family visit ti Sacramento. The host was very communicative and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us!
This charming spot was impeccably clean with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (a few staples and spices in the cupboard) and we loved the cool old stove!! We donât have little kids any more but there were some books and toys for littleOnes. Close to Land Park, easy access. We will definitely stay again!
Thus home is absolutely adorable. Nice size for the 3 of us. Super clean, well stocked and close to everything! Nice safe neighborhood. Host is responsive and friendly.
This was our second stay at this home with a family of 5. The location is perfect for those wanting a central quaint and quiet space. We caught the sunset on night on a levee walk and took a morning walk for coffee and croissants. The hosts are accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We will stay here again.
The house is in a safe area, located near the iconic Land Park in central Sacramento. There is convenient access to Hwy 5. The house is very well equipped with obvious female touches. Very functional IKEA- like furniture but comfortable. The only difficulty I had was getting location information from the owner to direct my friends from Lo Angeles.
The house was perfect, the rooms nicely appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and we didn't feel like we were in each others way. The walk to Land Park was quick and we were also able to walk to Sprouts. I would definitely rent this house again for another trip to the Sacramento area.
Beautifully renovated mid-century modern house, perfect for our family of four. 15 minute walk to Vic's Ice Cream, right next to Land Park, and minutes drive to mid-town.
Communication with Alla was effortless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have extended family in the area and will definitely look to stay again.
Very cute house. Super clean with well stocked linens and comfortable beds. Convenient to airport and our family events in east sac. Neighborhood is sweet and we felt safe.
Great communication with Mike. Thanks! We would stay here again!
My two friends and I came in for a three day weekend. This house had everything we needed. The host was nice and very responsive. She checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again. It was very close to everywhere we needed to be.
We loved our stay in the comfortable, clean and quiet home. Beds were comfy, there were extra blankets, and plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked for breakfast and coffee (we didnât cook so we didnât notice cooking supplies but there were plenty of good quality knives, plates, utensils). Neighborhood is quiet and clean, and there is a walking path just behind the house. Alla was helpful and welcoming! We will definitely be back!
Property was as advertised.
The interior was immaculate and very organized.
Property is locate close to main I 5 which made it easy to access all of Sacramento.
Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with
I would suggest that the toilet seat be tightened as it slipped when sat on
Alla was very helpful and responsive with any questions or needs we had.
Our family met up here to enjoy the week together. home was very comfortable and peaceful. Great to have a private back yard to play ball with our grandson. it was close to zoo and fairytale town. We cooked through the week- the oven is small and upper shelf slips out of groove sometimes; this is an antique stove and the upper cover was difficult to secure open at times but we were able to cook on stovetop. We had also essential kitchen utensils and pans.We would definitely come back to this quiet homey neighborhood and we felt safe.
We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, upgraded, vintage-style home! Having a yard helped our kids get their energy out, plus there was a wonderful park within easy distance of the house. The interior was clean and just as the pictures showed, and cooking on the 1950's stove was amazing! It still works beautifully. There is no dishwasher, but for a few nights that's no big deal for us. Overall would highly recommend!
