Sea Belle est un charmant 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet situé au coeur de Crystal Beach. Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec sa propre piscine privée et est située à seulement un pâté de maisons des fabuleuses plages de Destin. Sea Belle peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre, deux lits superposés plus un lit jumeau dans la troisième chambre, et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette maison dispose également de 4 téléviseurs, magnétoscope, 4 lecteurs de DVD, accès Internet haute vitesse, et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Avec la piscine privée cette maison a également une douche extérieure pour laver le sable et un patio extérieur de la cuisine avec un barbecue pour profiter d'un barbecue d'été. Ce chalet ne permet pas de fumer ou d'animaux domestiques et ne dispose pas de piscine chauffée. Ce chalet a un minimum de 7 nuits pendant les vacances de printemps, d'été, et les dates d'été de pointe et un minimum de 4 nuits à tout autre moment.

Air conditioning is NOT optional!

When we arrived, we found the pool dirty & filter basket broken. We spent a couple hours trying to net leaves out of bottom of pool. Overnight 1st night, the air conditioning went out. Called that morning & was told a work order would be put in. Also mentioned the pool & coffee maker, which poured water out of the bottom when I went to make coffee..the 1st morning. They sent new coffee maker, & a guy did something to the ac to "get us going" until they could fix it. The short time it blew cool air never dropped the temp below 82 degrees. Nobody ever called to check or update. When it went out again, I called left voicemail & messaged. When someone finally called back, they told me work order was already in. It was another day & phone call before they offered 2 window air units for 2 story home. Those never went below 81. We didn't sleep all week in the hot house. Not until I contacted vrbo for refund did they finally have someone call me to check on us. Didn't want to refund money, but offered 2 free nights in future. Asked if we wanted to move elsewhere if even avail for night before check out at 10 am. Not doable to move everyone & all stuff to new location our last night. We don't go every year to use voucher. Finally offered 600, which is such a small % of what I pd. The longer I've thought on it, there is no way 600 makes up for my baby gdaughter sweating in 86 home on a vacation. This AC issue overshadowed every part of our trip. I deserve more compensation than tha

Wonderful Location

We had a very nice stay. The location is great! The cottage was very clean and there was enough room for eight of us. The only issue we had was that when we arrived the pool was a little dirty. Once it was cleaned, the pool and back yard area was a plus to our stay. We would stay here again!

Amazing place! Easy walk to the beach, and the private pool in the back is perfect. Exactly what we wanted for a trip with family! It was also SUPER clean!! Would recommend to anyone and we look forward to staying again!

Awesome Location

This was our second stay in the Crystal Beach neighborhood and we were enchanted yet again. Very convenient but not crowded or rowdy. We enjoyed the pool and private backyard. Super close to the beach!

Fabulous location for a great vacation!

House was adorable and clean. Located a quick walk from the beach. Pool in the back was well kept and yard was lovely. Perfect for kids. Back pergola and grill area was used morning and night (a little dark at night, could’ve used some lights). Inside was charming and well stocked. Overall would stay again.

Amazing location!

•Wonderful communication! Owner help us a lot before we arrived. • Amazing location if you don’t mind walking, beach, store, gas station and some restaurants are in a walking distance. •Private pool, just big enough for a family and beautiful backyard, gazebo could use some light though. It’s dark at night. •Description said activities included but we didn’t got anything. •House is small and outdated, you cannot stream on TVs. •Not enough, trash bags, toilet paper or other toiletries were provided. •Mattresses are a little bit worn out. •This house is only for one family or only grown ups. •Kind of pricey for the conditions of the house, you are only paying for private pool, which my children enjoyed so I didn’t mind.

GREAT LOCATION - AVERAGE COMMUNICATION

This home is everything you think it is going to be. Location, style, comfort and relaxing. Would definitely return. There were a couple challenges which were frustrating. First, I sent several messages through VRBO to the management company prior to and during our stay with NO RESPONSE. They did answer when I finally called a few days before our arrival; however, instead of addressing my questions (early check-in and whether the pool was heated as advertised) I was told to call the day we arrive. Once we arrived, the house was as expected and was relaxing and has a fantastic back patio. But, the pool was very dirty once we arrived - I responded directly via email to the property management company regarding the pool and received no response. I started to clean it with a net, but there was so many leaves and so much sediment at the bottom, it would have taken so long, I gave up. I never received a response. The third day of our stay someone came and cleaned the pool. Upon arrival, the house was generally clean; however, baseboards, closets and corners are dirty. The other issue was that we were staying seven nights and there was only enough toilet paper and supplies for a short stay. There was a note that we could call for a resupply, but there would be a fee. This seems counterintuitive considering if we stayed two nights and someone came in behind they would resupply. Why wouldn't they ensure or provide enough supplies for our stay? All said, I would return because of the comfort and location, hoping the property management team was more attentive and the pool was clean upon our arrival.

NOT dog friendly, terrible communication

The Sea Belle was a nice “pet friendly" house close to the beach halfway between Destin and Miramar, and relatively close to the public beach. The house was just big enough for 5 of us, without feeling cramped, and the pool was small but again perfect for the number of us staying here. The grounds were also very well landscaped and the pups really enjoyed exploring in the shaded back area when they were too hot from the sun. Ok now let’s talk about the issues. If I book on Vbro I expect to be able to ask questions through that service. Not one answer via Vbro in 30 days. Terrible. I received several updates through Vbro and via email with different contact information and door codes to be used once arriving. This sort of mismatching communication reeks of fake properties - luckily this one was real, but had no way of verifying that before we got there. Post-cleaning inspection was... skipped. Completely. We forgot about gaining an hour between time zones and arrived a little early with a baby in our group and asked if we could checkin early. While we could not because "the cleaning and sanitation inspection did not yet occur", we just waited for the inspector to arrive and do their thing. A car drove and paused in front of the house 10 minutes before check in and drove off - without a word. So basically the sanitation and inspection was so last minute they just skipped it. During a pandemic. The house is listed as “pet friendly" but note the front door lever handle can easily be opened by an intelligent dog from the inside - EVEN WHEN LOCKED. Also, back gates do not latch on the bottom and determined dogs can easily get out. NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Spent 6 anxiety ridden hours looking for one of our dogs when we returned from a two hour trip to the beach and found the front door open and realized how dog friendly this house really is(n’t) Minor but even if a house is listed as dog friendly I’d expect the cleaning crew to pickup the dog poop left behind by careless former renters. Nope. Upstairs bed frame has issues where the middle support continued to separate and mattress to sink. Annoying and fixable but one thing management needs to check out. Grill propane was 100% empty. Found out the hard way while attempting to make dinner the first night. Once again Vbro messages landed on deaf ears. Otherwise we found a way to enjoy our time in this house — but I think I’ll avoid Saltwater Vacations properties in the future.

Awesome Home and Location

This home is wonderful for families and in such a great location. Short walk to beach and quick drive to grocery store and restaurants. The backyard is amazing! The kids used the pool everyday and we loved having a grill for quick dinners! Would highly recommend the Sea Belle and we will definitely be coming back!

Great location, but tired rental

We really enjoyed the homes location and pool. Unfortunately, the home is just not great itself. First, the A/C only has a return in the hallway upstairs, which results to this loud noise during operation heard in both bedrooms upstairs. Also, the first floor has a very hard time cooling off or staying cool (we kept doors closed). Kitchen isn't stocked very well, so bring your own essential (pots, pans, etc). The outside grill is practically useless scrap metal, the burners are rusted all the way through making it impossible to get an even heating, and burns everything. The pool was nice, but wasn't cleaned until a couple of days after we arrived (btw, cleaning company cleaned it very well). Also, the pool net is torn and useless, making it difficult for us to remove any debris. The mattresses are worn out, with heavy sagging (and the queen bed upstairs squeaks with every movement without any action necessary*). NO smart TVs, very dissappointing! TV in front bedroom upstairs turns off and on during use.

Perfect!

Everything about this property and location was perfect for our family. We were in Destin for a baseball tournament and wanted something more than a hotel. This place felt like home. It was clean, the backyard was perfect for the boys to swim or play. We had friends visit and they loved it as well. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful time and this house made it even better. It was a great location to everything. The beach was just down the block and within walking distance, the pool was just what we needed at the end of the day. The house was clean and the beds were great! We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Sea Belle!!

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Belle with our Chihuahua, May 1-5. Communication with Salt Water vacations prior to our stay was excellent!! Patty put my mind at ease about a couple concerns prior to our stay!! Check in was easy. The house is as described on the website, and pictures are accurate. The living room furniture could use an update, but that is our only complaint. The beds were comfortable, internet was quick and we appreciated our own pool every evening! The yard is well landscaped and Jasmine was growing around the Pergola in the backyard. The beach is about a block away and there are multiple beach access points within a couple miles. We hated to leave and can't wait to come back!!
