The expansive 16 x 28 deck is perfect for outdoor grilling, while the backyard backs up to the serene Destiny West Lakes, offering breathtaking lake views and stunning sunrises. Relax with family and friends on the deck or enjoy the tranquility of the nearby lakes. Recently renovated, Kokomo Retreat features a soothing coastal-inspired interior with worry-free tile floors, a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen, and a new high-definition television.
The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, 50" TV and a private bathroom that has a double vanity and a stand alone shower. Additional sleeping accommodations include two guest suites—one with a king bed, a 50" TV and access to the balcony through french doors. The other has a queen bed and a 50" TV—plus a fun kids’ room with two bunk beds and a 50" TV, perfect for making vacation memories. This home offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind.
The private, fenced pool provides the perfect place to relax in privacy, with a safe area for children to play. For a small additional fee, you can even arrange pool heating from September to May. With parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway, your group will feel right at home. And don’t forget about the 6-person golf cart, available for use throughout your stay.
