This marvelous addition is just what you need to make this the perfect choice for your next vacation adventure. Factor in also that your well-behaved, house-broken doggie is welcome and it's just a 4 min walk to the Dune Allen Beach public access and you can stop looking and start booking!

Families adore this area along the famous Hwy 30A, nestled between three rare dune lakes... Oyster, Allen and Stallworth. Dune Allen Beach is known for the natural beauty it provides and the plentiful outdoor recreational opportunities that abound here. Decisions...Decisions? What to do today...Beach-walking, sun-bathing, boating, fishing, biking? Or perhaps a trip to the nearby shops or trendy restaurants where local fare is capturing the attention or gourmet enthusiasts. Or maybe just lounging by your own private pool will provide all of the activity you desire.

Whatever you decide, you will wind up back at your favorite beach house where you will find a welcome retreat. Salty Kisses offers 2 floors of interior space accented with hardwood flooring throughout and 10” ceilings. The open concept first floor is centered around the modern granite and stainless kitchen which features a large island and fully-stocked kitchen including pots and pans, utensils and dinnerware, microwave, coffee maker plus Keurig...everything you will need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.
The adjacent dining and living area offer several gathering options while the powder room and large laundry room/pantry offers conveniences for the group. King master suite located on this floor is just behind the kitchen. Spacious with lots of natural light, guests enjoy their own private attached bath with tub/shower combo.

Moving right along and up the stairs to the second floor you will find another King Master Suite with attached private bathroom with walk-in shower. Step out onto the front porch from this room and catch a gentle Gulf breeze. Two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor offer a Queen bed plus attached bathroom and then a bunkroom with 2 sets of twin bunks sleeping 4 in this space comfortable. All mattresses are regular twin size.

Additional amenities include 4 brand new YOLO cruiser bikes, an outdoor shower and propane gas grill for backyard BBQ's. Pool area has lounge chairs and pool floats and toys...all we need is YOU!

The house was nice and beach right down the street. We enjoyed the pool also. The pool was cold but once our bodies adjust it was fine. The house does sway and at first we was nervous and then we adjusted lol. Definitely would recommend and the beach was so clear! One of the TVs was broke but we didn’t watch television anyway. The vents showed pet friendly but again the house was awesome! I would choose it again and bring my dog

Everything was perfect. Pool was great and the beach access is a very short walk. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Epic Spring Break 2024

The property was just as it was described, and it included bikes. The host immediately contacted me with check-in check-out instructions that were easy. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the beds slept great and the bathrooms were nice. The house was nicely appointed. It was a quick, level walk to the beach. Publix and Walmart were near by. I travelled with my mother, my teenager daughter and friends. There were no complaints, just smiles and laughter, it was an epic Spring Break. I would highly recommended.

Family vacation for 6

The home was clean and easy to find, priced fairly. Instructions for check in and out were simple and without issue. The home has a lot of stairs and about 3-4 blocks from the beach. There is no view of the ocean and 1 mile from the local shops . There were o lt 2 problems: 1 with the upstairs AC (it was too cold and hard to maintain consistent temp throughout). The shower in the master bath did not work for 3 days and miraculously started working the last day.

This place was perfect. Had nearly everything we needed. Couple of things were cooking pots were in bad condition. Teflon flakes in food. We cooked it least 2X/day so should have brought our own cookware. Needed a fly swatter. Bedroom behind kitchen tv did not connect. However, these issues did not effect our stay in anyway. If have opportunity again, would def stay again. Geaux Tigers !!!

This was my family's second time to Santa Rosa Beech. Unfortunately, this was not as pleasant as the first time. The house was in terrible condition from cleanliness to worn/broken furniture, unusable kitchen ware and the general upkeep of the house amenities. It started with my daughters were going to their bedrooms, one notice soiled used tissue still on the bed from the last visitors! I notified the management company and all they wanted to know was the house location. I never heard back from them again to apologies or to offer to send a cleaning team out. We spent our first evening cleaning the place.After the first day at the house, a few of us experienced coughing and had running noses to a point I had to get antihistamines at the local drug store. After looking up at the ceilings I discovered Black mold around every vent and dark spots coming from the light fixtures. I am genuinely concerned this place may need to have the whole ventilation system deep cleaned and mold remediation for the safety of future occupants.My family enjoys the location but unfortunately going back to this house dampen our vacation. I did not expect a 5 stars resort; I just wanted a clean and safe place to rest after a fun day at the beach with my family.

We enjoyed our stay and the location of this property. We would’ve loved if the pool was warm. It was warm outside but the water was really cold that week. So, we didn’t get to utilize the pool, but it was fine, because we were all over town and at the beach. The one real complaint that I have, is that there’s no full length mirrors. I couldn’t tell what I looked like before I left the house. They could really use a full length mirror in the house. Overall, it was a great experience. Anytime we had an issue with something, we contacted property management, and they handled it right away. Everything worked out great.

Terrible disappointment

Smells like stale cigarette smoke. The property manager (who is not in the area) offered to use ozone treatment, and clean, and use room deodorizers. This does not work on walls and fabrics and rugs permeated with smoke. They suggested it could be from the heater coming on, that produces a "weird odor" as they were unaware of any smokers. My husband has allergies and respiratory problems.so could not stay

I can assure the disappointment was all ours! This is a non-smoking property and the last guests in were people we personally know who do not smoke so your accusations of cigarette smoke were completely unfounded. In addition, The housekeeper verified there was no smell of smoke. We did bring in an ozone treatment to freshen the place as we said we would do to mitigate any mustiness. All of these efforts only to be threatened by your husband. In addition to his other charminq, he has anger management issues. We think you all were just looking for a last minute way out of this reservation, which violates the terms of the agreement you signed. Anyone reading this far clearly understands this was a failed attempt at a refund. Best wishes and happy holidays to you both! Pinkie

Loved Salty Kisses!

We loved our stay at Salty Kisses! The house was adorable and a short walk to the beach. The pool was great for the five kids we had with us and the house was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and pool floats. The kids loved the cruiser bikes. The kitchen was also fully stocked and the extra fridge in the laundry room was great. We also enjoyed the upper deck. We did have some internet and satellite issues, but the owner was very responsive and worked quickly to fix. The only suggestion would be a golf cart would be nice and you could add to the description some pics of the beach items provided. Loved Salty Kisses and would book again!

Great property

The pool was not very clean initially. We called the property manager and he sent people to clean it the next day. One thing that was weird is that some neighbors came one day in the morning and walked into the pool area without asking or checking with us, when I went to ask them what are they doing they said we are the neighbors and thw owner knows we are coming to check the pool. I called property manager he said he did not know. I went back to check and they were gone.

Great location!

Me and my family stayed here for our annual family vacation and loved it! Pool was a hit with the kids and location to the beach was perfect! Only thing was that it was one bathroom not cleaned but that was no big deal to us. Also had an issue with the lock/code when we got there. Locksmith was sent out promptly and issue was fixed. Would definitely recommend staying here.
