We took a mini vacation to NB and found this condo perfect. Very clean, organized and a very speedy response if we had questions. Thankyou to Rachael! Beautiful location. Will stay again!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, great location to comal and Schlitterbahn. Been staying here for years. Only one complaint/ suggestion. Please bring back you offering trash pickup! It’s really quite inconvenient that we have to hall our own trash. I’ve never stayed at a place that I’ve been paying this much and need to take my own trash out.

The PERFECT location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to plan a last minute trip to the River & Schlitterbahn. The Camp Warnecke condo C105 was the perfect location. The unit is on the bottom corner & right next to the steps down to the river. The kids loves jumping off the bank into the cool deep water! The huge porch was the perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The condo was clean & super well stocked. Even two different coffee makers a Keurig & a regular pot. The kids loved the bunk room. We spent the second day at Schlitterbahn it was literally right across the street. About a 5-10min walk to the entrance. After a long day at the water park we had the BEST homemade pizza. Di’s Homemade pizza is right next door so we ordered for pick up & it was ready in 15min it was the perfect way to end the day!! Eating pizza with a view of the beautiful Comal. We loved it & will definitely be back!

Overlooking Comal River

Walk to pool on the complex, walk to downtown, walk to river float. Enjoyed the first floor and no stairs. Drive up to covered parking space for this condo only. Furniture and interior dated, but practical for groups.

Awesome location in New Braunfels

We stayed 2 nights at River City Properties and had an amazing time. Everything we needed was available and accurately listed in the listing. This apartment was walking distance to Schliterbahn, 10 minutes from the Ricking R (where we tubed down the Guadalupe) and over-looked the Comal River. If you stay here you have to be in the back patio at 8:30pm to catch the bats flying through the breezeway and off over the River. It was an awesome sight!! There were groups of deer that would be at the back of our apartment patio in the early mornings and early evenings so make sure to also have something to through out to feed them. Honestly, we could not have stayed at a better place! Highly recommend staying at this property!!

We often come over to the parks and river and the location of this property was ideal. Very close to everything the town has to offer.

Great Stay

A few things that could be improved on are light bulbs need to changed in multiple areas, headboard in master bedroom needs adjusting/secured. Other than that it was a great stay. Love the location of the unit being facing the river and very easy river access.

The Best Family Vacation

We come every year. We love Camp Warneke and floating the Comal river. It is perfect. We love going to Gruene and shopping in the small stores. We will definitly be back next year!

NICE PLACE

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and roomy. We had 7 in our group. All the appliances were clean and working properly. The beds were all comfy. Note though is watch out for the bathtubs they are very slippery. I fell and hit my back on the wall seat. We had other families in 2 other condos in building B and 3 of them slipped in theirs as well. No major damage but could hurt someone.
