This spacious second-floor condo offers unbeatable access to the Comal River, is just across the street from Schlitterbahn, and only a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether you’re tubing the river, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the Texas Hill Country, this is the ideal spot for your family vacation.

The Space:
This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, style, and convenience for your stay in New Braunfels. While the condo does not have a river view, guests enjoy exclusive river access right from the complex.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk bed + one full bed
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. All linens and towels are provided for indoor use.

The open-concept living area includes a comfortable seating area, TV, and dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the private balcony to unwind after a day of tubing or exploring the area.

Parking: 2 passes included — one reserved covered spot + one general parking (first come, first served).
 Overflow parking available a few blocks away.
Wristband Pickup/Return: Must be collected and returned at our office (less than 2 miles away).
No Pets & No Smoking
No RVs, Trailers, Parties, or Daytime Guests Allowed
Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
Identification: Renter’s photo ID and credit card required at check-in or via email.
Rental Agreement: Electronic agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Security: Outdoor driveways and parking areas may be monitored by video cameras per HOA and city regulations.
Damage Protection: Includes accidental damage coverage up to $1,500.
