Cette belle maison au bord de la rivière Guadalupe peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. Il dispose de trois chambres avec lits king-size et d'une chambre avec un lit queen. Couchage supplémentaire pour 6 personnes avec canapé-lit. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire de merveilleux souvenirs durables est dans cette grande maison au bord de la rivière. Offrant un accès gratuit au Wi-Fi et à la télévision par câble, car nous savons que vous avez besoin de certains plaisirs de chez vous. Cette maison dispose de 2 cuisines comprenant: réfrigérateurs, four / cuisinière, micro-ondes, cafetières, mixeurs, casseroles, poêles, assiettes, verres etc. Chaque cuisine a sa propre salle à manger et un bar à petit-déjeuner qui peuvent accueillir 14 personnes. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour tous les lits et les baignoires. Fosse de barbecue disponible pour utilisation ainsi que deux kayaks. Il y a un kayak de 10 pieds et un kayak de 12 pieds.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard right on the water that has lots of picnic areas. The house is very clean and was a great size for our large group. I love the area- close to lots of things to do. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s an older house and you can definitely see that in some areas... particularly the decking but it has lots of room due to additions. Plenty of space for 6 people. The den is an addition and is a little musty but not bad. The kitchen was nice but there is no microwave. There is lots of decks and stairs. It’s by a lake so naturally lots of spiderwebs and bugs but you would expect that. Views are pretty.

Texas Eclipse

We stayed here while in Texas to see the eclipse. Good location with easy access to interstate to travel to San Antonio or Austin. We had a group of 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great view of river too.

Great house on the river

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really love staying at this house! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to sit, eat and enjoy. The house is older, but I thought it added character and didn't bother us at all. The game room in the back was a nice surprise and the kids lived it! Would definitely stay here again!

Celibrated our 50th Wedfing Anniversary

We loved your home. Thank you! We had a wonderful time with our children and grand children and great grand children. We did some swimming, kayaking, game playing, grilling and cooking. We used the back deck that overlooks the river for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration where we repeated our vows in front of our gamily.

Incredibly close to the city, and on the river too!

Loved the variety of spaces! Sprawling decks overlooking the river. Meandering common areas which accommodate the varied interests, and separate conversations, of a large group. The upstairs master bedroom is huge! Check-in was a cinch, as was check-out.

Rats or pests inside, lots of bugs, highway noise and party prop

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s right next to a major highway so expect constant and loud highway noise. There are also tons of party properties nearby so they blast music. But the biggest issue is during the night, I heard claws tapping upstairs probably rats or some other pest. Considering the property instructions talk about “critters” I think they knew they had a pest problem. Lots of spiderwebs and property maintenance issues, the kayaks were dirty and old barely useable. Considering the high fees, it was a terrible experience and put me off VRBO moving forward.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and the yard was enjoyable. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and plenty of room for everyone. The river was low so made the dock area a little more challenging to enter. Enjoyed the deck areas and kayaks. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is the mattresses were very squeaky and old. A couple of them need to be replaced.

Great location on the river, convenient location

The house was very convenient to everything we visited. Shirt distance to Schlitterbahn, Comal river tubing, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house is old and needs some updating, but was clean. The air conditioner was set at 70 when we arrived, but read 78. The property manager sent an AC repairman fairly quickly and the problem was resolved, same with a clog in the drain of the upstairs bathroom. The house was roomy for 9 guests. Although we didn’t use them, the property provides kayaks, floats, and life jackets. There is ample parking.

Weekend stay

Cons: The river access of this location was not very kid friendly at all. The kids loved playing down the hill but we did not feel safe letting them get into the water. The kitchen dish washer does not clean the dishes at all. We had to hand wash everything after we ran a cycle. Pros: The patio/deck was great for our late night hang outs and it was perfect for our large 3 family gathering. It also was very close to everything we could of needed to get to during our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my daughter's graduation during our stay amd the house was perfect for our multi generational family. Everyone had their own space yet we all had a common area to spend time together. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for preparing meals. There were plenty of linens for everyone. The expectations were laid out well and easy to understand. We enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again. The only real negative is the yard getting to the water is a hike. Once you get down there you really don't want to have to make too many trips back up. It would be difficult for someone elder or in poor health.
