Holiday getaway

Great condo! Great Location! Limited parking available. EZ check in and check out. The rooms beds were comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is almost unsleepable. Had to add blankets to sleep on to cushion from springs. We will come back

Iverness 210

The property is in a perfect location and has everything you will need if you plan on getting groceries and cooking. One night we sat outside by the river and cooked hotdogs on the grill, it was perfect. The only recommendation I have is there needs to be curtains hung up in the master bedroom. The lights shine in all night from the outside and it is very bright each morning. I do recommend this unit to other individuals and or families.

Perfect Location!!

The property is well maintained and clean. More importantly, the location is absolutely perfect!! There’s river access and a perfect amount of floating. Once you exit the river, it’s a quick walk back. The pool is easy to access and fun. And you’re within walking distance to Schlitterbahn too. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment near by! The unit itself was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Comfortable beds and linens. The space was nice and clean too. The team managing the unit was easy to contact and work with. I had zero issues. I highly recommend!!!! We’ll definitely be back!

Best Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in the best location. Close to downtown, Schlitterbahn, and the amazing river just next to it. The only not very pleasant thing about it was that someone had used the restroom before we got there and the person didn't flush, so when we got there the room was smelling not very good. Some small towels in the restroom didn't seem to be washed correctly since they had some stains on it. Overall, my stay was very good because of the location, comfort of the condo, and communication with management.

My goodness! Our apologies for someone using the restroom prior to your arrival! We had done the QC walk thru that morning, but the unit had pest control service after the walk thru. We have reached out to the company to let them know that the use of the facilities on any of our units is off-limits.

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean & stocked with everything you need for two days. If you stay longer, you will have to bring a few more supplies. The river is beautiful & refreshing but if you’re planning to float with young kids, I warn against doing it on a Friday or Saturday. We had a scary experience of losing site of our 10 year old...he was under water at th water shoot & there 1,000 people. We lost him for a good 3 minutes & it was terrifying. The tube rental folks don’t warn you about the bottleneck at the water chute.

Another great year...except...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and i have been staying at Inverness over 10 years now and every year has been pretty great as far as the staff, room, and property. However i do need to note that this year (and last year) we did get our floats stolen which was really upsetting. I didn't see anyone checking wristbands or anyone patrolling the property like i have seen in years past which does bother me. So overall it doesn't feel as secure as it used to feel but we know now to be more aware of who and what's around the property and to not leave our floats out anymore. Other than that i think it's a nice, clean, older property in a great location...and we will be back next year!!

We are very sorry that your floats were taken & we will pass along your note on the security to the Home Owner's Association as they are the ones who higher and schedule. Also, security is usually only staffed for the weekends, just for future note of any stays!

Unit #211 Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late friday night and expected to find 2 queen beds and a queen air mattress. The air mattress was not in the unit so we had to go purchase one. I found out later I could have gotten one from the office. We were unable to find parking on the property for our second vehicle which we expected would be available. Instead we were moving our car around from spot to spot all weekend. Friday night we were advised to go upstairs around 11 by security however, there were people down on the deck partying till 3:30 AM - keeping us awake. Again on Saturday night until 4 AM. Security guard knocked on our door at 10:30 and told us we were too loud - we were playing cards!

Leah I apologize that your stay was not everything that you expected at your time of booking. I believe this review is intended for a unit other than unit Inverness 210 as unit 210 has a sleeper sofa not an air mattress.I noticed that your group did also stay in one of our other units which I assume is the true room described for this review. After your stay we were able to confirm that the air mattress that was advertised was in the closet of your rental. We wish you would have utilized our 24 hour on call number to save yourself a trip to the store. In regards to the parking additional parking is always permitted behind our office which is just a few blocks away from the property.

Best for kids or couples not floating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property itself is clean. Parking is not so great. We have a jacked up truck and it does not fit in the covered parking garage, but there’s very little Uncovered parking. And is very hard when you have larger trucks like my sister’s dualy trying to back in or out of a parking space. The other thing that I did not like about the location and set up, is we like to paddleboard but the patios are tiny so there wasn’t really an outdoor place to store a wet paddleboard And then trying to get it in and out of the staircase in the halls was another challenge. So if you’re just gonna hang out at the pool or maybe just stand in the water, it’s great. But this location does not have a shuttle or a contract with the shuttle system to come pick you up it was just suggested that we walk the mile over to the park. Our room was super clean and nicely taken care of, but the second bedrooms are tiny and odd shaped, and both me and my sisters unit had way too much furniture shoved in the tiny rooms so much that her pregnant belly couldn’t even slide past the bed frame against the wall to get to that side of the bed. Her unit also didn’t have Cooking sheets. So overall, if you’re just gonna go hang out in the off-season, it’s not a bad place to stay. But if you plan on kayaking or paddle boarding or floating, it’s just not my favorite spot. This is the 4th resort that we have stayed at in our 30 something years of going to New Braunfels and honestly it was my least favorite of the four . And nothing against the booking company they were great, easy to work with, check in check out is super smooth and booking a super easy. Just wasn’t a fan of the set up of the resort itself. Balconys face each other in the middle or the street and other resort on the outside so not much river view
