L'unité L-203 de la roue hydraulique a tout! Cette unité entièrement améliorée est au deuxième étage et est sûr de servir de votre lieu de vacances préféré. Cette unité est joliment décorée et entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances parfaites! Waterwheel est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Schlitterbahn et à une courte distance du centre-ville de New Braunfels et de Gruene. Ce 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, a une ambiance invitante favorisant la détente! Il comprend des draps, des serviettes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge séchant, un téléviseur à écran plat et un accès WIFI GRATUIT. L'établissement propose 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous, des barbecues, des tables de pique-nique et de nombreux espaces verts pour jouer, ainsi qu'un accès privé à la rivière Guadalupe. Long weekend getaway

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and had an AMAZING time. Love the pools and this spot on the Guadalupe is perfect for just hanging out and letting kids swim, explore, and just have fun. This property was great for my family, will definitely stay again!

Awesome place to stay

Great condo, great location! Took 5 teenagers and me and my husband! Great river access, super close to Schlitterbahn. Kitchen had everything we needed, we cooked all meals there. Beds actually very comfortable!

Quiet area convenient to Schlitterbahn, New Braunfels and Gruene shopping and dining areas. Property manager was excellent. Communicated well. Condo was clean, updated and spacious. There is also access to the river from the condo property. Would stay here again!

Great long weekend

The property was just as the picture represented. It was very clean and plenty of room for 7 adults. Great access to the river and town. The pool was great. We had a fabulous time.

Excellent location and very clean

We had a wonderful experience!! Our condo was extremely clean and very nice. Property was very nice and kept up with. Pool by the River was great, and River Access was perfect. Will definitely come back again.

This place was nice. Had all the things we needed. Great location, and great communication from the property management. 2 pools were nice and clean and the part of the property that connects to the river is beautiful, if a little rustic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time staying at L-203 at Waterwheel. The upgrades to this unit are very nice, and the location is perfect. It's close to everything! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the river access right on the property allowed us to tie up our rented tubes and enjoy the river as well. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

Birthday weekend

We enjoy our-stay. The condo was nice but the outside surroundings were a bit outdated. It could use some fresh paint. We had three vihicles and two of them got towed 300.00 each truck which put a damper on our plans. Then we found out from security that they get a cut back for every car that gets towed. Not good customer service for the people that rent the condos. Overall the condo was nice and great location to restaurants and river access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Good layout and bed space. Second bathroom is a little small (shower is TINY). Coffee maker didn’t work but lucky for us we had friends staying in a different spot and we could use theirs. This unit is in the same building as K and J and close to the smaller of the pools on property and farthest from the river.

We saw deer on the premises every evening and morning. The condo itself was completely updated with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Very comfortable. Will be going back. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thirteen years of enjoying this resort although in different condos. Past 7 years we have enjoyed our current rental. Well appointed. Clean. River City Resorts have been pleasant and timely with requests and any issues we have had. As we are winter Texans and stay for 3 months a new vacuum (the one provided pushes dirt and dust around - no suction) and mop system are required to make reasonable cleaning possible. Had to borrow vacuums from friends during our stay. Not weekenders or short term renters and treat our unit as our home. Overall pleased with our winter getaway.

L203 is adorable!

Reviewer Comments: We went for a quick girls trip and L203 was so adorable. the furniture, the decoration, everything. the fully stocked kitchen was so nice because we tried to make breakfasts at home, and the patio was so big and wrapped around! The only bad thing was the water. we had 7 girls so the water wasnt hot for very long. the property manager said it was for legal reasons, and it wont stay as hot as what you have at home.. but the second night some of us showered at night some in the morning and it was fine! I would just recommend splitting it up if you can :)
