This house is located in Chocorua Ski and Beach and sits on Moore's Pond- Perfect for swimming and canoeing in the summer; ice skating/ice fishing in the winter. Perfect beach for families! Our house is the perfect year round house- with activities close-by all year. We have equipped our house with everything you need to help make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Just a few of the amenities include board games, TV, WIFI. We are centrally located yet far enough away from the busy crowds. 5 minutes to great hiking, 20 minutes to skiing, and 30 minutes to the Outlets in North Conway.

July 4th week stay

This property worked great for our stay. We came up for the July 4th week to spend time with our in-laws at the nearby KOA campground where kids and nieces would be spending their time. The house was in a perfect location for nearby hiking and the community beach with socks and floating rafts in the pond was clean and a perfect spot for the kids to spend some time. The house was clean and as described in the listing and Lori was helpful and very communicative before and during the stay. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful clean house, nice neighborhood with plenty to do. Great location near Conway and lakes/ponds. The host Lori was great and gave all the info we needed!

Bike week 2025

We chose this property for a second year in a row for our Laconia motorcycle week stay. It is a beautiful and spacious home in a perfect, quiet location. Communication with the Lori was easy and efficient as we have come to know and expect. Absolutely love staying here. Thank you again Lori!

This was my favorite property that I have stayed at in a long time. It was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway with a few friends. It was a great mix of cozy and functional with a well-stocked kitchen. There were so many thoughtful touches from the hosts, like having fans available for every room on top of the air conditioning. The location was wonderful, and we had a great time walking around the area. The lake was just a short walk away with a nice beach area. My friends are already asking when we can come back. The hosts were super helpful and provided great information for our stay, I would highly recommend booking with them!

Great family stay close to everything

Unbelievably clean and comfy spacious and gorgeous location

Lori’s place is unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in before. I loved the clean rugs throughout and the amount of bedrooms and beds. Everything was immaculate and organized. Everything you need is available and Lori was so accommodating. We stayed for our wedding weekend it was fabulous

Home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was very clean when we arrived and home is well maintained. Lori was very communicative and answered questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend or stay again if in the area.

Stayed here with our daughter and grandkids There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a lot of rain but managed to hike a bit and hang out and spend family time with board games. It was a great spot to bring the dog great neighborhood and friend people Lori was very responsible will visit again

Family Fun Spot

Our family enjoyed the quiet location. The beach was a short walk away, as well as the playground. The fishing was great.The fishing crew caught large mouth bass, pickerel, perch and pumpkin seeds. We loved the open concept for family activities. Lori nd Keith quickly responded to the few problems we encountered and things were remedied immediately.

Just what we needed!

The house was neat and clean. Perfect for our family vacation, before dropping 3 teenagers off for sleep away camp. Short walk to the water front. We were able to use the kayaks, swim and see a beautiful sunset, even got to see the loons! Lori communicated often, and even gave me the heads up when the property was ready early. Very accommodating, and we would definitely recommend to others!

Spacious and cozy - lovely setting, responsive owners

My daughter and her husband's parents plus their dog stayed here for about a week and found everything they needed to be comfortable, especially appreciating the air conditioning as it was a brutally hot spell. The cabin feels both spacious and cozy, surrounded by woods on a dirt road and yet easy walking distance to a beautiful beach where there were two kayaks we could have used. I can't comment on kitchen except that it was very clean as they took all their meals at our cabin on the water cause they were always swimming and boating, but everything seems to be there as well as a large outdoor grill. I imagine it would be an especially perfect place for a family with children or even two smallish families with children as the basement is almost a separate apartment with lots of space for play down there and around the house and it is on a very quiet dirt road. The host was very responsive and also forgiving when our dog deflated and chewed up a toy football that might have been special to their dog.

Cozy Winter Retreat :)

My family of 5 spent two nights here with another family of 5. The kids ranged in age from 6-15 years old. We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable and the basement was spacious enough for the kids to play games or just spread out and relax with some device time. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed but I would ask if you will need something specific just to be sure. The owners were extremely responsive and quick to get back to us when we had questions. The property is a short walk to the beach and playground. We spent some time sledding near the beach and walking some nearby trails. The Hobbs Brewery is a 5 minute drive from the house. The beer was delicious! My family spent our final day skiing at King Pine. It was great to be just 20 minutes away from the mountain. I’m so glad we found this house. The price was right and the pictures were very accurate!

Had a great time

I usually visit Tamworth every September. This was my first time staying at this property. While it's capable of hosting at least 9 people comfortably, it was just the two of us plus dog. Finding a dog-friendly place is always a challenge, so we appreciate the flexibility. It was a short walk to the "beach" area. We did make use of the kayaks one morning and we hiked the nearby trail. We found the neighborhood to be quiet. The house is a nice jumping point to North Conway or even Portland. We spent a day in the mountains, too. There's a lot to do if you're willing to take a short drive. We visited a few breweries and a winery and distillery. We cooked most of our meals at "home". It was fine for the two of us, but the kitchen may be cramped if you're trying to feed a lot of people. Though, the outdoor grill is fabulous. Internet was fine if you plan on working remotely. I brought my streaming device to have access to my usual services without hassle. We had everything we needed (towels, linens, cleaning products) which is more than I can say for the family trip I took the week after this one. Thanks for a great time!

Ski Trip

We were a group of 9, two families staying for a ski vacation.Lori and Keith were very communicative and available for questions before our stay.The home is clean, well maintained, and in a nice neighborhood.15 minutes to King Pine and 30 minutes to Cranmore makes it the perfect spot.
