Relaxing Riverside | Minutes to Hiking + Rivers!

Welcome to Relaxing Riverside! Our 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom home, located in the heart of the Valley, has everything needed for a 5-star experience. Enjoy our gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, oversized deck, and quality linens. Being perched high above the river allows the sounds of the water to set the mood for vacation relaxation. Minutes to the river, 4 miles to downtown North Conway, 5 miles to Cranmore Mt., 3 miles to Storyland & 1.5 miles to swimming holes. Great for every season!

Being perched high above the East Branch of the Saco River provides soothing sounds of the river ambling along, but also creates a steep drop-off in the yard. Because of this, we ask that children under 10 years old always be supervised while outside. You will enjoy winter views of the river and enjoy the sounds year round.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

PLEASE NOTE:
If we find dog poop on the outside of our home from your dog, we will remove $250 from your security deposit. The house is checked the same day of each check in so we will know if the poop is new or not. Thank you
