ATTENTION: Le 8 février 2012 dans National Geographic, North Conway a été classée 18 sur 25 pour «Les 25 meilleures villes de ski au monde». Notre ville pittoresque d'Intervale (située dans Bartlett) touche North Conway et offre une valeur fabuleuse à côté de cette ville de renommée mondiale. Cette cape Custom a été construite en 2002. Il y a une chambre principale au premier étage avec une immense salle de bain principale avec double vasque, une baignoire séparée et une très grande douche. Cette salle de bain a une chaleur rayonnante même dans la baignoire pour que vous restiez bien au chaud. Buanderie au 1er étage avec shoot. Il y a 2 énormes chambres à l'étage ainsi qu'une immense salle familiale au dessus du garage avec une table de baby-foot. Il y a une autre grande salle de bain complète à l'étage avec double vasque. La cuisine est équipée de toutes les cloches et sifflets ainsi que des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs de bloc de boucher. Il y a un autre demi-bain au premier étage. Le salon a un pavé du sol au plafond, foyer au gaz. Le maître, le salon et la salle à manger ont tous des planchers de bois franc. CT dans la cuisine. Il y a aussi un garage pour 2 voitures surdimensionné attaché à la maison. Tout cela à 3, 8 miles de Cranmore Mountain, à 5 minutes en voiture de Story Land et à 1 mile des boutiques du centre-ville de North Conway. Nouvel accès haut débit sans fil.

Activités: Cette maison est située à proximité de nombreuses activités. Que vous aimiez jouer au golf. ski, randonnée, course ou vélo ...... Les magasins sont à environ un mile de distance. Il y a des restaurants et des tavernes à gogo et les montagnes sont à couper le souffle. Système audio Bose à 5-10 haut-parleurs avec changeur de CD. 50-60 pouces TV Hitachi dans la salle familiale et 2 autres téléviseurs à la maison. 5 minutes pour Story Land, Mt Cranmore, North Conway etc ... Moins de 10 minutes pour Echo Lake, Mt Attitash, Jackson, Bartlett, cinéma, randonnée, ski, golf, golf miniature, pêche et tennis. Il y a un ruisseau relaxant qui longe le côté et le devant de la maison avec un hamac sur lequel vous allonger pour profiter du son paisible de l'eau qui coule au large de Hurricane Mountain. La cour arrière est spacieuse. L'enregistrement a lieu à 16h00. m. et le départ est à 10h00. m. De plus, pour vous, skieurs et surfeurs des neiges, Mount Cranmore a ajouté 60 canons à neige supplémentaires, ce qui porte le total à 300. De plus, ils ont remplacé la chaise double East par une chaise triple.

Family weekend trip

Great stay with 3 families with young kids

We stayed here for a Storyland weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. The owner was communicative and the location was perfect! Only request would be camp chairs or a bench to sit on to enjoy and outdoor fire! Otherwise, 10/10

Great few days over 4th of July!

This house was perfect for 3 families (with 2 kids each) to stay in the North Conway area. The property was super convenient to downtown, Storyland and Echo Lake, but also feeling like you are away in the mountains. Thanks for the great memories we made!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean, the owner of the house was very helpful and even let us check in a couple of ours early. I would definitely stay there again and I will definitely recommend the place for a big family

Had a great few days in the mountains. Location of this property is perfect. Just a few short minutes to everything you want to do. Communication with the host was excellent. Very accommodating and responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in North Conway and our stay was great!! Plenty of room for all 14 of us… plenty of parking, great lawn to play some games at night and loved the pool table in the game room!! Easy to access and very close to town! Highly recommend A++++++

Ladies weekend 2023

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 14 ranging in age from 86 to 25. It was very nice to have the garage for the rainy part of the weekend. We ha a great fire in the firepit and listened to the nearby owl.

Lovely long weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 7 of us and the cabin was spacious. Barely saw the kids, they loved the game room! Clean and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Weather wasn’t great so we spent more time inside than anticipated and this was the perfect place to do so. Thanks!

Great house with plenty of room

Highly enjoyable stay...great house, with plenty of space for two families. Very clean. kitchen is well laid out with amble small appliances and pots/pans for cooking in Fire pit was fun to do smores with the kids and the gas grill worked great and was clean. Large playroom upstairs was well utilized by kids, while adults could relax downstairs. A great trip!

Awesome Place!!!

We made a vow not to go to the same place twice, but not this time. This is such a great place to stay, and close to all the outdoor adventures we love to do. Moose watching, bear sightings, hiking, shopping, great places to eat and drink. The house has all the things you need and more. Thank you Dave for having us again. Who knows, there could be more times ahead.

Large and comfortable. Great location.

The house has everything you could need. All the rooms are quite large. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. It’s a perfect house for a three generation family. The master is downstairs with a large bathroom and storage. The whole second floor is perfect for a family with children. There is a large game room shown in the VRBO picture. You can easily get to Conway and shopping or to the mountains for hiking and skiing.

Family getaway

For my parents' 50th anniversary, the whole family wanted to get away together to celebrate. There were 14 of us ages 2 months to 75 years. This house was perfect for us - roomy, amazing kitchen, super cool game room upstairs. The 3 year old forgot his friend Dug there (the dog from the movie Up). The owner was nice enough to send Dug home in the mail.

Communication with owner was excellent. There were 7 adults and we all had our own bed. There were many amenities including pool table, Foosball, firepit, full kitchen, air conditioning, 2 showers with excellent water pressure. Area is awesome including many easy hikes, sites, downtown north conway. Living room was very comfortable but we spent most of our time playing cards in the dining room. Highly recommend, price was very fair. Thank you!

Memorable Family Vacation - Wonderful House

We so enjoyed staying at your mountain home and had the best vacation.. So appreciated your providing supplies so that we were all set when we arrived - toilet paper, paper towels, towels, linens, dish soap, detergent, abundance of spices, ice packs, dog crate and dog bowls, coffee, etc. Loved the location - easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and perfectly maintained. . The beautiful master shower was a big hit. Beds were so comfortable. AC was perfect. Kids and adults loved the game room. Thank you so much !! Cant wait to come back next year.

Awesome!!

One of our best vacations yet!! I really cant say enough about the house! Nice large rooms, plenty big enough for a large group, comfortable, clean and very cozy. My husband and I loved the master bath with the rain shower and huge seperate tub! The kids had a blast playing in the creek, playing basketball and relaxing in the huge gameroom! We were able to cook a big breakfast every morning and dinner at night in the fully equipt kitchen. The location is awesome only 10 min. from Storyland, Echo lake and the shop in N. Conway. We will definately be returning next year! Thanks David!!

Relaxing

The house was very nice the rooms was nice and no bunk beds. The kitchen was set up good and the fridge was big enough to hold food for 7 men for a week. The garage was super we all were on motorcycles, and it rained everyday so it dried the bikes off along with our raingear. Our couple concerns was the cleaning wasn't the best as far as the cabinet drawers and some of the kitchen chairs and the table was a little loose, flimsy.

Excellent large family rental

We enjoyed our stay. Cute home with lots of space to fit all 14 of us. King bed was so comfortable. My son and his wife used the pullout sofa bed, and suggest it's time for a new mattress. There were no complaints from my grandsons except my 6'2 18 yr old. The twin bed was too short for him. The others thought the trundle beds were cool. We had a very busy weekend and didn't get to enjoy some of the great features of this rental. The owner was easy to interact with, and so nice.

Me and some friends stayed here through the weekend and absolutely LOVED it. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we possibly needed and had more than enough space. just minutes from Mt. Cranmore and any other store you could possibly need. The house was immaculate and the spacious living room and game room made for a perfect setting for a game night! David, the owner was always available when I called and helpful with any questions or concerns that I might have had. I would definitely rent this place again. Only cons I had was the weak wifi signal and difficult to find the house in the dark. Other than that. PERFECT!

We reside permanently in Burlington, Massachusetts where we grew up. We are graduates of Southeastern Massachusetts University, Ithaca College/Babson College.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When my wife and I decided we wanted to spend more time with the family up North and ski, we immediately fell in love with the area. It is a very private neighborhood, but still minutes away from the action. The 2,700 sq/ft house sits beautifully on the lot and the running, crystal clear brook coming down Hurricane Mt really sold us. It is very peaceful and relaxing. We love to recline in the hammock, which hangs by the brook and have a nice glass of Cabernet.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house was built by a very talented builder. He added many extras that make the home unique. These extras include a heated tile Bath/Shower in the Master, a fantastic Sound System in the Kitchen and Living Room, Butcher Block Counters, under-cabinet lighting, plenty of storage/cabinet space including a large island, wet bar with wine refrigerator, Laundry in the Master with a Laundry Shoot from upstairs, built-in Ironing Board, Cobblestone Fireplace, Extra-wide, 2-car Garage and much more. 3 new Flatscreen TVs have been added. Full AC installed July of 2017.
