As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by the warmth of a pellet stove fireplace, creating an inviting ambiance that complements the chalet`s rustic charm. The living space is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Gather around the fireplace with loved ones, share stories, and enjoy the toasty warmth that only a pellet stove can provide.

The chalet boasts a sleek and modern kitchen with double ovens, providing all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. Whether you`re preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a cozy dinner after a day of adventure, this kitchen is both functional and stylish.

Step outside onto the covered and uncovered decks, where you can breathe in the crisp mountain air and admire the surrounding trees. The deck offers a perfect vantage point to soak in the beauty of nature, whether it`s the vibrant colors of autumn leaves or the serene snowfall in winter. Two bedrooms provide ample room for up to 5 guests - one room with a queen bed and one with a twin-over-full sized bunk bed. Two bathrooms make this an even more convenient choice for your mountain escape.

Guests will have private use of the entire house.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home and leave it in the entry way or on the ski rack to the left of the front door.
The back yard is not fenced in.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Window units in both bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
When using ski equipment please leave it outside on the ski rack or in the entry nearest the door.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.
There are only allowed to be a maximum of 3 cars parked on the driveway. The driveway is very steep - please take care when you first arrive and especially during the winter months - we recommend all-wheel or 4-wheel drive.

The top bunk is for children only.
