Black Mountain Cottage est une belle cabane en rondins quintessence récemment rénovée au sommet de Black Mountain avec vue sur l'hiver. Ski-in ski-out à la montagne noire en hiver. Situé à Jackson, cette belle cabane en rondins a toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable.

La maison dispose d'une grande cheminée en pierre de rivière dans un salon baigné de lumière et d'une cuisine récemment rénovée. Trois salles de bain complètes et quatre chambres à coucher avec une salle familiale séparée au rez-de-chaussée. Un grand pont enveloppant avec un nouveau bain à remous pour 6 personnes. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour 8 personnes avec 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, salon, salle familiale et cuisine / salle à manger. Un grand porche est parfait pour le café du matin en été ou pour se détendre dans le bain à remous en fin de journée.

L'emplacement peut simplement être battu! Ski-in, ski-out à la montagne noire ou les pistes de ski de fond. Pour les visiteurs en hiver, il s’agit d’un endroit pour les skis. Il est recommandé d’avoir un véhicule muni de roues motrices ou de pneus d'hiver pour accéder à notre domicile. Un court trajet de 2,5 km en direction de Jackson et à seulement 15 km de North Conway, la ville de ski n ° 1 aux États-Unis votée par les lecteurs de USA Today. Promenez-vous dans les sentiers avec des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes. Attitash et les montagnes Wildcat sont à 20 minutes en voiture. Terminez votre journée avec un dîner en famille à la maison ou dans l’un des nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Amazing Cabin for family

We had an amazing stay in this cabin with my two small children. The fireplace and hot tub make for a perfect getaway. I highly recommend Jackson Falls nearby and a trip to Mount Washington.

Wonderful Place!

Five of us stayed at this lovely home for a girls’ fall foliage trip. The home is secluded and lovely with plenty of room to relax and hang out. The location was perfect. Jackson is quaint and the White Mountains are right there! We used this as home base and also visited VT and ME. It was a wonderful experience with a great host.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

Stayed for 5 nights in August for a family vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and spacious. Loved the all the natural lighting and lighting from the beautiful fixtures. The house is in close proximity to downtown Jackson and other attractions and scenery. The hot tub and steam shower were added bonuses. We would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Amazing home!

This is a beautiful log cabin on Black Mountain. The cabin was clean, spacious for our group of 6 and dog. The kitchen is stocked with nice cutlery, dishes and glassware. We didn’t do much cooking, but there were plenty of pots and pans. There was an immersion blender!

Wonderful Stay.

Kevin was super from beginning to end of our vacation experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Even got to see a bear one evening . Thank you Kevin for your prompt response when I had a question. We loved your place. So clean and very well maintained and well equipped. Would def recommend 😊 As a side note, traveling with toddlers, gates are a must.

Lovely, private & close to everything

A very lovely and unique home. Listed picture are accurate :). Super private but easy access to main roads. Enjoyed the hot tub every day. Some times twice a day. We were just a party of 2 but this is a large home with room for many more. Super clean home, and I’m super particular about that- well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, awesome fireplace. A great experience for sure. We were lucky to find this home available for our trip dates!

Great home on top of Black Mountain

This was one of the nicest homes I have ever stayed at in the White Mountains. Clean, comfortable home with a great floor plan. Terrific outdoor hot tub. Definitely on top of our list when planning our next NH vacation.

The house was very nice all the things you need. The kitchen was stocked with great cooking utensils and spices etc. Beds were very comfortable Hot tub was nice. Would definitely Stay again.

Great Mountain House!

The property is high on Black Mountain with beautiful mountain views from the home’s many windows. The house was clean and offered lots of space for fun with the family. I would highly recommend this property and host.

What a GEM!

What a trip! We ALL had such a great time. We were traveling with 3 families that included a 3 month old, 1 year old and a 3 year old. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own personal space. So if people wanted to sleep in, they could do so. The kitchen was well appointed. The deck, grill and hot tub was an added bonus. We were all sad to leave, but definitely will come back.

Blissful retreat on Black Mountain

This was the perfect retreat for a couple of friends looking to get away for a few days and enjoy the beginnings of the fall foliage and all of the wonderful activities in the White Mountains. The owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. As many others have said, the house is impeccably clean, well stocked, and very private, all while being just a few minutes away from town. Particular highlights were the hot tub, the wrap around windows in the living room and the wonderful fireplace! The kitchen has everything you might possibly need to actually cook including items like a box grater, measuring cups, and a plethora of bowls. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return to the area.

Christmas and New Year's Holiday

We stayed for 10 days over the Christmas and New Year's holiday. Excellent location, right on the mountain and close to town. House was great, had that real log cabin ski house feel and was set up very nicely for a family of 5. Very clean with all the amenities you would expect, including great hot tub on the deck. Kitchen was very well stocked, had everything we needed as we cooked dinners in most nights.

This is the third time we've stayed here. Fabulous house! Private, peaceful location. The house is the cleanest rental we've ever rented which is so great and it has everything you'd need. It's clear the owners take care of the property. Hope to be back next year.

MLK Weekend

We all had a wonderful time in Jackson The home was amazing, absolutely beautiful! The location was even better! The kids were able to ski right from the backyard on Black Mountain They loved the fact that they could come back to the house for lunch and not have to eat at the snack bar. They were many options for dinner right in the area This is a great house to rent whether it be in the winter or even in the summer Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

NH Getaway

It was really hard to leave this one at the end (even our pup wanted to stay)! Beautifully furnished home nestled in the mountainside. Extremely private yet still only 5 minutes from town, about 15 from North Conway. 10/10 cleanliness. We immediately felt right at home! This was an extremely large house for just us but we wanted room to roam. The layout is perfect to share with 2 or 3 families. Hot tub and fireplace functioned properly, kitchen fully stocked with appliances, bring your own toiletries. So many nooks and spaces in this home to have privacy to work, read a book, etc. Kevin was easy to get in touch with and the property listing was accurate. We want to highlight/support the recommendation for an AWD or 4WD vehicle. We drove up in a newer Camry and she was getting pushed to her limit. The property is up a series of steep inclines so be prepared with a reliable vehicle! Thank you so much for having us, Kevin!

Roomy Charming House Manual Needs Updating

We had three couples and the house was a wonderful size for six adults. The common areas were very comfortable and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and cleaning supplies. The owners manual needs some updating. We specifically rented this house for its three full bathrooms, so when the manual said the main floor shower was not to be used we were very disappointed. We did contact the owner and they did fix the situation. The manual also stated firewood was available in the shed. It is not supplied and can be bought it town. If the manual had been current we would have bought firewood when we had shopped for groceries. On the website there is no mention of the trash removal. There is no trash pickup available to the house, so the guest is asked to take the trash to the town dump and then you have to be sure to return the dump pass to the house. This is approximately a 6 mile round trip and depending on your travel schedule inconvenient and also unpleasant.

Wedding Week Headquarters

This property is absolutely beautiful! We rented for our daughter’s wedding, which was down the hill at Whitney’s Farm. The owner was extremely helpful especially when an unexpected November snowstorm surprised us. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive was necessary for us as the uphill unpaved driveway was icy after the storm. We towed a cargo trailer for wedding supplies and were able to get it to the property with our 4 wheel drive pickup with no issues. The bridal party got ready at this property. The large windows let in sunlight and was perfect for hair and makeup. We were very happy to have stumbled upon this property on Vrbo when another recommended property was not available. Thank you for making our stay so magical.

Beautiful property on Black Mountain with ski in/out access .Well maintained, comfortable beds.

Had a very pleasant stay here with my family. The house is on top of a secluded mountain road, abutting the ski trails. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed. Large beautiful working stone fireplace in the living room. The hot tub was clean and offered excellent star gazing on clear nights. This place must be a hit in the winter - we will try to come back and get lift tickets for a few days at Black Mountain to take advantage of the ski in/ ski out access and utilize the hot tub after pulling in for lunch. I definitely recommend this place - thank you Kevin for a great time!
