The Space:

Sunlight streams through the windows of a spacious second‑floor unit, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Lutz. The open living area feels both roomy and cozy, perfect for family movie nights or a relaxed breakfast at the kitchen nook. Step out onto a small patio with seating for two, where a gentle breeze carries the scent of nearby pine trees and the distant hum of a community pool splash.



Sleeping arrangements

- Four queen bedrooms, each paired with its own full bathroom, give every guest privacy and comfort.

- Soft linens and ample closet space keep the rooms uncluttered and inviting.



Living & outdoor spaces

- The living room comfortably seats the whole family, with large windows that frame views of the neighborhood.

- A small patio off the living area offers outdoor seating for two, ideal for a morning coffee or evening wind‑down.

- Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and a grill area for casual cook‑outs. The fitness center and nearby gym provide options for staying active.



Kitchen & dining

- A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and basic cookware.

- Takomah Trail Park is a 10‑minute drive (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes (5.9 mi), both offering scenic trails and wildlife viewing.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
