So convenient to WVWC

We planned a short trip to West Virginia Wesleyan, my alma mater, and this was the perfect place to stay. A short and easy walk to campus, with a wonderful and relaxing hot tub to enjoy after a walk at Audra State Park.

Cozy home to stay

Great location in Buckhannon only a few blocks from WV Wesleyan campus! Nice walk to campus! Great place to stay for activities on campus we were there to celebrate senior day! Hosts were great in communicating and very organized on arrival with all instructions for check in and checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here and will plan another stay soon

Beyond lovely and accommodating

We absolutely loved this cozy house! The air and linens had such a nice fresh smell. The hot tub was amazing—the jets, lights, and waterfall were a great addition! Very nice to have coffee and tea offered to us as well. Most definitely recommend!

Cozy and quiet

The place is really nice, clean and quaint. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. Easy check in and great communication from the host. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of travel. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect weekend lodgings

A friend and I stayed in Buckhannon while doing some local ghost hunting. This house was a perfect place to stay and relax after two long days on our feet. The hot tub was especially nice, as a soak and a few beverages while discussing our findings and knowledge gained was an ideal way to end the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and is a short walk from the college campus.

Conference week

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay during our church Conference at the college. There was plenty of space for all of us inside and out. The hot tub on the back deck and the swing on the front porch were our favorites. Colin is a great host and was very responsive to all our questions during our stay.

Home Comfort

The house is well taken care of and very comfortable. Colin was very nice, easy to reach and answered the few questions we had quickly. I highly recommend the house for a trip to the Buckhannon area.

Buckhannon Vacation

We vacationed in Buckhannan so we could attend the barbecue contest. We had a wonderful time. We even accidentally locked ourselves out and the host responded and got us access within a half hour. The accomodations were updated and tastefully decorated. The hottub was an absolute blessing after hiking. I would stay here again. I would definitely rate them as an A.

Cozy Cottage

The house was very clean. My family enjoyed the hot tub. Only suggestion would be that the beds not be against the walls. It's very difficult as a senior to get in and out with you're on the inside. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the bonus was being so close to the college and able to easily see our granddaughter!

Great Stay in Buckhannon

We were in Buckhannon for my son’s wedding and this house was in the perfect location as it was only about a mile from the venue & the bride’s family home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood & offers a driveway for off street parking. The cottage was very clean, inviting & homey. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths allowed all of us plenty of space to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We were so busy that we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub but it was very clean and ready to be used. We did enjoy some time on the deck, though, and that was wonderful. We will definitely stay here whenever we return to Buckhannon. Thanks Collin!

buckhannon stay

It was a one night stay, so short but all was well inside the home. The lawncare occurred while we were there, so not all quiet, but to be expected. Lots of cute things to do in the town. Visited Pringle Tree and the Tiny Church.

So cozy and welcoming

We loved our weekend here! We only stayed a night, but we could have enjoyed a whole week. Hot tub was awesome, rooms were very clean, and the hosts provided lots of info to make check in and check out very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Short getaway

Stayed here from Ohio while visiting family members in the area. Beautiful, very clean, quiet place. Hot tub was absolutely amazing as that is what caught my eye while booking. Nice area. Close to shopping and dining. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Will be booking again if available on our next trip in the spring. Thanks Colin and Jess! We appreciate you letting us stay in your home
