Welcome to our newly renovated cottage nestled in the peaceful town of Vineyard Haven. This delightful retreat features a spacious back deck that overlooks a large yard with outdoor seating, providing the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort.

Step inside to discover an inviting space adorned with all-new furniture and appliances. The updated spacious kitchen, fully equipped and ready for use, seamlessly connects to an open dining and living area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends.

The first floor hosts a charming bedroom with bunk beds (Full on the bottom, twin on top), complete with a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await your comfort. BR2 offers a cozy Queen and twin bed, while BR3 boasts a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a hall bath with a luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower – all recently upgraded. The house provides parking space for 2-3 cars, ensuring convenience at your fingertips.

Our cottage's prime location situates you midway between Vineyard Haven's Main Street, West Chop, and the Mink Meadows Golf Course. Enjoy easy strolls to the library and Owen Park, and, renowned dining at The Black Dog restaurant, a charming harbor, a movie theater, and a distinguished playhouse.

As a bonus, explore the West Chop neighborhood to marvel at ocean views and one of the six lighthouses on Martha's Vineyard. Experience the best of island living in our thoughtfully updated cottage – your ideal home away from home.

- Outdoor Area: Large Patio/Deck, with Outdoor furniture, and Gas BBQ Grill
- Basement: Laundry Area (with washer & dryer)

The home has 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: Main Level - Bunk Bed with a Full-size bed on the bottom, a single bed on top. En-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor - Queen, TV, and a walk-in closet
- Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor - Queen-size bed, single bed and a closet

- The home has 2 Full Bathrooms each bathroom with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
- Bathroom 1 - A private ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled shower, situated on the first floor.
- Bathroom 2 - A complete bathroom with a separate tub and shower, located on the second floor.

VERY IMPORTANT: TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS or rent your own towels.

• KITCHEN •
The kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with premium stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. It also provides essential utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans.

• DINING • A large dining table good for 6 people.

• LIVING AREA • The main floor has a wide space with a lot of natural light. The living space with a comfy couch, Split type AC, board games, and a smart TV. Please use your log-ins for NETFLIX, HULU, etc, and make sure to log out of your account before checkout.

• LOCATION •
The home is centrally located making it an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

• PARKING •
The home has a gravel driveway and enough parking for 2-3 cars

• OUTDOOR •
Patio/Deck with Outdoor Furniture (lounge sitting and dinning table)

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property, which includes entrances and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TVs for your streaming apps, (use your own account for streaming apps).

• HOUSE RULES •

PETS: This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

REQUIRE STAIRS
There is a small set of stairs to enter the house and stairs to the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor; however, the 1st floor does have 1 bedroom/1 bath if stairs are an issue.

• NOISE: Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM-8 AM.

You are advised to keep in mind that this property is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $300 fine and a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, but are not limited to, using unauthorized amplification devices, a general lack of decorum, screaming and yelling, excessive vehicular noise, and over occupying the rental property with unauthorized guests.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Excessive damage to the property will have a liability of up to $5000.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. There will be a $200 charge for lost keys. Lock replacement is mandatory for the safety of future guests.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
