Nice place to get away.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with this property. The amenities were great for the kids and it has quick and easy accessibility to the beach. Fishing off the rack was fun and the people were all friendly.

Excellent location with lots of great amenities. The management staff was very responsive and quick to address any issues. The unit itself was well-appointed with a great view. However, it had been clearly smoked in recently -- on all floors; in all rooms. This was not ideal, but management responded quickly with a solution. Hopefully they will remedy the situation permanently so other guests will not experience the same. We would return to this resort and gladly work with this company, Padre Escapes, in the future. Thank you for a nice experience.

Great location and lot's of fun

My wife and I took our 4 kids ages 8-18 for a week in June. Very close to the beach, great pool area with slides, and a fun game room. We had so much fun, and would highly recommend to anyone considering this property to go for it! We loved the access from the back patio to Lake Padre and my boys spent hours out there fishing every day.

Cute condo in a great location!

The property management company was easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. The pool and grills were right next door so it was the perfect location for us to have a small birthday party. We were there in December and the heated pool was a comfortable temperature during the day.

Great location and amenities!

This place has all you ever need on vacation. Very clean, location is great for quick access to pier fishing and the beach. Loved the ice machine! We didn't have to go get ice once. Lots of kitchen amenities for those that cook on vacation. We will definitely be back.

Overpriced for winter season. Roaches are running around inside and outside of the property. Ants are by front door and inside of the living room. The tub in master bath wasn’t draining.

Great Location

This is an end unit, right next to the pool. Unit is very nice. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms, living room & kitchen. Well stocked kitchen. The whole complex is investment property so it either really busy during certain times or empty like it was for us. Love this location.

We loved the condo and the canal access for fishing. Its really close to the beach so that was nice. The only negatives were that the furniture in the living space is small and not comfortable. If you actually had a full house, there would not be enough comfty seats for everyone. They also do need to have pest control come. Since this property is pet friendly we also would have loved to have a designated area for the dogs to potty. The grass has stickers which we were picking out of their paws for an hour and the turf is also the picnic area so its a little difficult to manuver.

I was bitten by something while sleeping. I didn't receive the code to the pool in my email. The only way I got the code was showing a email to the resident that I was staying there. Besides that it was ok.

My only issue was with sleep accommodations . Bedding not conducive to 10 people who normally don’t sleep with each other or near each other . Bunk beds not good for adults 60 and over and bed in second bed room good for small person or child .

4 night stay. The last night the home flooded from a bad plumbing repair the third day. We were up all night moping and drying out our things. Rushed out the final day with a 1 hour late check out after getting 2-3 hours of sleep. Long story short customer service is not good. We would have appreciated being able to sleep in a bit more (went to sleep at 4:30 am), and possibly a comp stay for this vacation being ruined from their flood.

Just to clarify, the tub faucet had been replaced earlier that day, and the leak popped up shortly after your kids’ bath. Once the bath was finished, the leak slowed down, and we sent maintenance right over to check things out. To help make the situation right, we offered a late checkout and also comped one night of your stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this particular property. The weather was not so good, but we made the best of it. The proximity to the beach is great. We did have some loud neighbors right next to us and it would have been great if the deck area was more private like it is on the 2nd floor. It may not be allowed at this community, but it does make it very uncomfortable when you are outside eating or hanging out when your neighbor is right there. This maybe our deciding factor for checking out a few other places next time.
