CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF 40LBS OR LESS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Summer family Trip

Cozy Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable cozy quaint stay. Like that the back door was right outside the community pool, very convenient. The small enclosed yard is perfect for children. If you have small to medium size pets, I believe it would be great for them as well. Plenty of seating outdoors & indoors. Has just about everything you need to cook. The only issue I found was the lock on the gate, it was not aligned with the latch which made it extremely hard to use. Overall the establishment was perfect. We definitely recommend this place for your next stay.

Cute house

This place was perfect. It was clean and had enough room for everyone. Direct access to the pool was great. Our dog loved the little yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, very clean and in a nice location. Close to the different beach locations. We especially liked the floor plan, the two bedrooms were across the main living area from each other, so there was a sense of space and privacy. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs and have an enclosed courtyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property. Five minutes to sandy toes and wet hooks. We were a little worried about sharing a wall with the popular pool area but all pool guests were respectful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time staying at the Summer Cottage with Padre Escapes. We loved the pool access right outside the door. We did experience problems with ants in the kitchen and Spectrum went out for a day, but overall we were happy with our stay.

2nd time but probably the last...

Love the place, location, pool, etc ...BUT We just can't sleep on those mattresses, they're so uncomfortable :( I had to sleep on the sofa halfway through the night. I really wish the mattresses would get an upgrade, until then we just can't go back.

They are so cute eith an exposed private patio for morning coffee! The cottage was very neat, clean and tidy...I am a professional Housecleaner and very critical on cleanliness but no negative here! We will definitely be staying in one of these Summer Cottages again next summer!!!
