Charming two bedroom cottage with an open concept living, dining and kitchen area to spend time with loved ones and make new memories. Stepping in the front door you will love the cool coastal vibe this tranquil property offers. The interior was recently updated with new couches in the living room, fresh paint and décor throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and has everything you need to cook on vacation. The master bedroom was upgraded to a king bed and the second bedroom was upgraded to a queen bed. You'll love having your own private access to the pool through a separate entrance. No other property offers this. Be sure to visit us!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/40LBS OR LESS WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Wind #207. This is the 1st location on Padre Island that we have re-booked. The private courtyard and covered patio made this location very special. The kitchen was very well appointed and convenient for prepping meals. The owner had recently updated the cottage, inside and out and it was adorable. While the cottage is not located directly on the water or have a water view, it has direct access to the pool and is fairly close to White Cap Beach. If I found any flaws it would be the bed in the master bedroom was too high--I needed a step stool to get into bed and the sofas in the living room were too low and difficult to get up. Padre Escapes, once again, did not disappoint. The couple of small matters we had were quickly and efficiently taken care of. We have been very pleased with their professionalism and immediate action for the 4 years we have been spending our winters in units they manage. We are looking forward to next January when we return.

Fabulous property. Five minutes to sandy toes and wet hooks. We were a little worried about sharing a wall with the popular pool area but all pool guests were respectful.
