Great beach location

We stayed here for over two weeks. The pool was a hit with our grandchildren. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved having a private back patio area. Close to the beach and many restaurants.

Great location within walking distance to beach and the Boathouse restaurant. Dog friendly complex and plenty of amenties in our cottage.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very centrally located. It is clean and well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. The best are comfortable and the AC and washer, dryer work perfectly. The only negative on the trip which had nothing to do with the property was the oil tar on the beach. We ruined (2) pair of new flip flops.

Family Friendly, Great Location!

What a great location! Not too far from the beach, but plenty of amenities on the property that we could spend the whole day playing and not go anywhere. Very clean and plenty of blankets, sheets, towels and dishes. The kids loved the pool with the slides and I liked the dock on the canal for fishing. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

This property was a dream for a weekend getaway! It was very close to the beach, very clean, driving distance to all of the restaurants on the island, and great walking paths around the area. Quiet and the property has anything and everything you might need! It was a very pet friendly area, so that was a huge plus. The beds were so comfortable and the pools were never too crowded. It looks exactly as pictured on the website! My only complaint, which is so minor - there was only one real mirror in the whole house so getting ready for two women was a little crowded! Other than that, seriously perfect.

Cut Short By Appendicitis....

Communications were quick and courteous. We got moved to a room other than booked. Check in was easy, all in all the room was nice. We were only in the rental for 8 hours before we had to leave for the Emergency Department and Surgery.

Cute!

Really cute place! It is lake king in mirrors. With just one mirror in the bathroom only, it made getting ready for 4 people difficult. A little strange—the front door opens into the parking lot. I didn’t love that. It is a safety issue. But the entire complex is that way 😬. It may have been when we were there, but pricey for what it was…really, it was the fees! Overall, cute and served its purpose. Thankfully, the outward-opening front door was fine on our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just as described - a two bedroom, one bath suite that was clean and in a great location. Our two boys (13 / 15) enjoyed their time at the pool, but sometimes found it crowded. We did see a couple of kids walking from the Aruba Bay pool over to the resort behind ours, so outsiders could be part of the problem? It made the pools feel small for the number of residents, but they were kept clean and the boys especially enjoyed the pool with the slides. We enjoyed the beach being within walking distance, but if you prefer to drive, there is parking and showers are available. As noted by other reviewers, there was only a bathroom mirror in the retreat (which you don't think would be a big deal, but it really did make it hard for everyone to get ready!). The kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we stayed in and cooked, which was nice. We liked the ease of check-in / check-out, and enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to walk through a lobby every time we wanted to go out and about. Parking in front of the condo was a definate plus, and our spots were always available to us. We would recommend this suite to any family of four, but feel it would be cramped for a party of six.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came down for a weekend vacation. Check in is at 4 , but we weren't able to get in our room until 5 . After a few phone calls asking when our room would be available and no direct answer, finally talked to an on site manager and she explained there was an issue with the toilet and was being fixed. If the office personnel would have explained this, it would have been alot better experience. Also bathroom door sticks . Over all good location and clean apartment. Kids had a great time in pool , especially slide . Why we pucked this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and as described online. Convenient parking up front. Shirt walk to the pool and fishing dock. The room did not come with extra blankets I think they said that. But the original comforter was so thin and the bedding in the master felt cheap and rough. It had a plastic liner under it that caused the fitted sheet to keep coming off. Shower head was not relaxing. It’s pressure setting we’re awkward and when it sprayed it sprayed in ransoms directions and took for to rinse soap off.

Reviewer Comments: We were moved into this property less than 24hrs before our vacation, the original properpty we choose 3 months in advance cancelled us the day before we were suppose to check-in. The person who called to notify us was very nice and understanding of my frustrations with finding out our reservations were cancelled.This property is very spacious, nice and clean. The beds and sofas are SUPER comfortable, we almost didnt want to get up most of the mornings. My nephew LOVED the pool, the deck and view at the docks were great. The back patio is off the primary room which to me was kinda weird so we didnt use it much. The bunk bed in the second room was very wobbly but we made it work, might want to look into something more stable especially if its meant to hold 4 people. Overall, it was a great time and we enjoyed the stay regardless of the issues we had in the beginning.

A great place for a family with young children!

We truly enjoyed our time at Aruba Bay. The resort is located very close to Whitecap Beach and to some of our new favorite restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities offered, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and perfectly decorated for the beach. Our home away from home! The only downsides we experienced were the basketball hoop was broken for most of our stay as were the gates to the docks and the pools are very small compared to the pictures on the website. We would recommend this resort for families with little ones.
