Great stay!

The condo was great. Plenty of room for our family of 3 plus a small dog. The yard was perfect for her, too. The only issue were the mattresses were not comfortable, but everyone has different preferences for that. The property grounds were nice and the pool looked like fun, just always super busy. Overall, great place and a nice sta!

Perfect for a quick getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it's not large it's the perfect size for a three day getaway with two baths and large bunks suitable for adults and children. Padre Escapes does a great job welcoming you in, providing access to what is needed and a quick & easy checkout. My recommendation for the property owner is to buy a more comfortable matress for the bedroom. My recommendation to Padre Escapes is to make sure housekeeping locks the back door. I was surprised to find the morning after we checked in the back door was unlocked, presenting a safety concern.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was the only good thing about this stay. Didn't receive the check in info until after 4pm. Bunk beds had sand on the sheets, for a place that sleeps 8 there was ONE blanket in the closet with sand. Pans & utensils are rusty. Wasn't a happy stay for my family.

It was a wonderful stay for the entire family! We’ll go back for sure!

Staying at Blu was very nice and relaxing. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because of the construction going on right outside our rental. The place had a cool vibe and the pool, games and deck on site were a plus.
