Everyone will be pleased with their sleeping quarters as each of the rooms is lined with high-quality linens, central air, and of course, lovely nautical-themed mementos. The interior convenience extends to amenities like a private washer/dryer and internet access.

While enjoying the sea breeze, hop in the outdoor shared pool! Or, opt for a private evening in, consisting of barbecued meals and sunset viewing from the balcony.

Less than 15 miles from Betty's Bay House, explore the Festival Grounds at Rockport Harbor, Rockport Beach Park, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing, Goose Island State Park, and a vast variety of restaurants and shops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

***Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
