Located between Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles, the countryside-inspired abode is available to stay with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette w/ dining space, and a small lounge area. It's located on a hill with amazing views of the SGV mountains and the city lights of Los Angeles. This listing has its own private entrance & self-check-in keypad making it a private sanctuary that feels like an extension of your home. There is a dryer & washer a few steps away that is open for an additional fee.

Listing. This listing is the entire 1 bedroom suite. Therefore, you will not be sharing the common living spaces (dining, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom) with any other guests outside of your reservation.

View. The unique attraction of this listing is the view of the San Gabriel Valley Mountains and the city lights of Los Angeles right outside of your window. Grab your morning coffee and tea and take it all in.

Location. We're conveniently located between four major freeways (710, 110, 101, and 10) that can easily get you anywhere in Southern California in all directions. Within 15 minutes of us are major destinations such as Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena Rosebowl Stadium, CalTech, CSU Los Angeles, Old Town Pasadena, and many more. We're also surrounded by gourmet restaurants, authentic Mexican and Southeast Asian eateries, speakeasies, and rooftop bars for the night out! If you're a major foodie, you'll enjoy the food market hall down the street from us!

Entrance. The entrance is a private gated entrance to the right of the house where you will take a few steps down past the second gate and make a left to the countryside abode. A self-check-in keypad is located at the door, where the code will be provided to you at the time of check-in. You will also see a pebbled 'Welcome' doormat. Upon entering, you'll have a window view of the SGV mountains and the city lights of Los Angeles.

Apartment. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath which is an ample amount of space for 2 guests. Towels are provided in the bathroom. The listing will reserve the entire space, so therefore you will have the common area spaces to yourself. The kitchenette is supplied with a microwave, refrigerator, and common kitchen utensils to make a light meal. Please be sure to label your food as all food is disposed of if not properly labeled.

Bedroom. This bedroom has a 12" memory foam mattress with duvet blankets. A heater and portable AC unit are also available. We want to make sure our guests have a wonderful night's sleep during their stay. There is also a work table and chair in case you need to catch up on work.

Bathroom & Common Spaces. The bathroom and common spaces will not be shared with other guests. This listing reserves the entire apartment.

Since this listing rents out the entire unit, the guest will have uninterrupted private access to their abode. The guest will have access to areas such as the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area.

The entrance to the abode will require ascending and descending stairs. We ask our guests to be kind, courteous, and respectful of others.

Please refrain from walking to the pergola. The area is currently undergoing cleaning and some light renovations.

Booking. We make sure our guests have a comfortable stay throughout! Please be aware that this listing has low ceilings in some parts of the area. The maximum height limit is 5' 10" feet. If any of your guests are above this height limit please reach out to the host to cancel the reservation despite the cancellation policy -- you will not be charged and will get a full refund as long as the cancellation is performed within 24 hours of booking.

Assistance Animals. Due to allergies, we are unable to Host any animals including assistance animals.

Security: For safety measures, a security camera is installed on the exterior of the property.

Parties/Social Events: We impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like as this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on our property. Violators caught will be fined as much as $300.
