SHARED AREA: The coin laundry area outside the house is the shared between the two units. There are two units on the lot. Your space is an attached guest unit on the lot. Each space has its private entrance.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes as this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $300.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock for self-check in (door code will be sent at the time of your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request)

SECURITY: For safety measures, security camera is installed in the exterior of the property.
