Profitez du bel appartement rénové et spacieux - Casa Brunello di Montalcino -dans le bâtiment du 17ème siècle avec de belles pièces originales, combinant le look de campagne toscane traditionnelle avec des meubles de haute qualité moderne et design. De la terrasse du toit de 30 mètres carrés, vous pouvez faire tremper dans l'une des meilleures vues de la ville et le spectaculaire Crete Senesi ainsi que protégée par l'Unesco Val d'Orcia. L'appartement de 200 mètres carrés sur deux étages dispose de trois grandes chambres avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, deux grandes salles de bains, et est livré avec une cuisine design entièrement équipée. Il ya téléviseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres et d'un salon avec une cheminée, une grande télévision et des canapés inclinables confortables. L'appartement est équipé d'un système de pointe pour l'humidité toute l'année et le contrôle de la température et utilise un système basé sol pour le chauffage et le refroidissement. Il n'y a pas d'unités de climatisation laides ou bruyantes ou des radiateurs pour être vus à l'intérieur de l'appartement!

Super location and views

Great!

The location is A+. It is spacious, especially for longer stays. Mauro, the property manager couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. The antique furniture is nice but dresser and drawers in master could be more functional for longer stays. We would have appreciated nicer towels and sheets as well considering how long we stayed, but overall, it's a wonderful property.

Beautiful Stay in Montalcino

This apartment is located in the northern end of town and is absolutely beautiful and gives you a very authentic feel for living in Montalcino. It also has all you could ask for from an amenities standpoint as well as a parking permit (which is key) if you have a car as we did. The owner and local property manager are great in terms of communication and support. The private terrace is even better in-person with views that are just unreal. We rented in Sorrento, Florence, Roma and Montalcino on this trip and nothing comes close to this apartment. We plan on returning in the future.

My wife and I had a great time in Montalcino. Lars’ apartment was precisely as advertised - the beautiful view off the balcony, though, can not be adequately depicted in photos. It’s amazing. From checkin to checkout, Mauro made sure everything was right. He was a tremendous support throughout our stay. We will be coming back!

This apartment is just great. Spacious, clean and cool. Absolute highlight is the terrace on the top floor, from which great views on the surrounding valleys. Groceries, coffee, snacks just a few steps away.

Absolutely Amazing Apartment

This was the most beautiful apartment that made the stay in Montalcino so extraordinary. The view are incredible, the kitchen is well stocked, and the communication with Lars and Mauro was terrific. It was very hard to leave. Can't wait to stay here again!

What a great stay in the quaint town of Montalcino! Lars thought of everything, including a comprehensive wine study for guests, and tons of recommendations. The hosts’s assistant, Mauro, was outstanding as well. Great stay!

Great apartment in an amazing small town

This apartment is exactly as advertised. The Medieval city of Montalcino is a truly amazing place. 2 days in Rome was plenty for our group, but we could have stayed here for 2-3 months. Mauro met us and helped us with all of our luggage. He is such a nice man and you can tell how proud he is of where he lives. Can’t say I blame him!!!!

Steps Anyone?

Very well appointed apartment. Some low ceilings upstairs but WHAT A VIEW from the upper deck. Looked like the kitchen and bathrooms were just remodeled. Seems everywhere we walk was always up hill! Gabriel was the best. Get all of our luggage up in the apartment and was a great help. We would go back.

Rooftop is wonderful with amazing views! Mauro is the manager and is the best! Entire apartment has been remodeled and very well-stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Month in Montalcino

This could not have been a better property for what I had wanted my month in Montalcino to be! The location was convenient to all of the town - groceries, restaurants, car park. The apartment itself was spacious and having the two levels with two separate living rooms gave everyone the privacy that being together for a month necessitates. But my absolute favorite part was sitting on the rooftop deck, looking out over the beautiful valley and listening to the church bells. Heaven on earth!

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Montalcino. Not only was the apartment beautiful, the location was perfect! The apartment is just steps away from restaurants, wine tasting venues, coffee shops and retail stores. The apartment has plenty of room and the kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment while visiting the region of Tuscany!

Exceeded All Expectations

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The property is awesome and presented in perfect condition. The on-site coordinator is amazing. We fell in love with Montalcino and the location of the apartment is close to everything in town. Treat yourself to sunrise overlooking the value from the amazing deck. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had.

A wonderful place to stay

Our party of 5 adults were absolutely thrilled to bits with this property. It is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday, the beds were comfortable, the showers very efficient, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing over an early evening glass of wine before wandering out into the lovely village of Montalcino where we enjoyed several lovely restaurants. There are several stairs upto and within this apartment, so maybe not too suitable for the elderly or infirm, however one of our party uses a walking aid and coped well as long as not being rushed! The check in and check out process were both faultless with Mauro being very friendly, helpful and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Apartment in a perect location.

An incredible experience staying in this absolutely lovely, charming and comfortable apartment in the heart of Montalcino, Tuscany. Everything needed is foot steps away from the Apartment, great restaurants, wine stores, markets and caffes. Apartment is new and updated with all the amenities of home plus spectacular views off the patio. A truly memorable experience. The owners manager locally in Montalcino was top shelf and a wealth of local knowledge. If we ever found our selves going back, hands down, this is where we would stay.

Perfect Tuscany Wine Country stay with friends

The property was amazing for our group of 6 (3 couples). Great finish, very clean with good facilities (great roof terrace with bbq and amazing views. Host was most helpful with lots of tips on where to wine and dine. Check-in was very easy and the local guide was most helpful.

Vacation to remember and return!

My family celebrated a big birthday in Montalcino in this lovely apartment. Well equipped to manage the intense heat, we found a place of cool calm. The views were spectacular from the top terrace. The bathrooms are modern. Be prepared to walk up many stairs. A nice glass of brunello as you gaze over the countryside makes it all worth it. The property manager is a gem and the owner is extremely informative of the local area. The location is perfect to dine in the surrounding gardens or shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Montalcino. The apartment if fully equipped with everything you may need. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and the property manager Mauro was amazing!!! He made sure we new how everything in the apartment functioned and was easy to communicate with. I would defined come back and stay here.

After a University of Chicago MBA I have further nourished my curiosity by living in the diverse but wonderful cities of Amsterdam and Belgrade, as well as in my home town Oslo. I have the experience of owning or renting apartments in all these countries, triggering an appreciation of good quality and design. After more than 20 visits to Montalcino in less than the two years it took to complete the renovation and to make the apartment available for rental, I now enjoy the company of and invaluable help from some nice local friends in Montalcino. Both I and my very well-connected local network of friends are aware of the needs of quality-conscious international travelers. Valuable, constructive feedback from my guests help me make some improvements and adjustments every year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a serious wine-lover and in love with Tuscany since my first visit in 2000, the choice of Montalcino was easy. The number one reason for ending up in Montalcino is the wonderful Brunello wine, and after a complete apartment renovation job since 2011 I have realized my old dream of having a local wine cellar (unfortunately, access to the wine cellar is not available as part of rentals; I can just help you with advice on where to get the best deals and advice on sampling and buying wine). The spectacular views from the roof terrace was the number one reason for choosing this particular apartment inside Montalcino. I have rented and stayed in nice places in the Tuscan countryside since 2000 but I chose to be inside the town walls of Montalcino also for some important convenience reasons: Being able to walk to the bakery and grocery store, and being able to walk home after a nice lunch or dinner with some great wine. There are no taxis in the Tuscan countryside or smaller towns.
