The best vacations start off with the best places to stay and this property will not disappoint!

This sunny and cozy updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sits right on the ski trail.....You cannot be any closer to the slopes than this! K building in Winterplace is located right on the Lower Arrow ski trail and is steps away from the halfpipe...Walk over and check out all the action.

Okemo offers many activities during the summer time too with Mountain Biking and hiking just outside your door or scenic chairlift rides (when available). Just a 5 minute drive and you can be at the Adventure Zone at Jackson Gore to have fun on the Timber Ripper mountain coaster, Haulback Ropes Course, Coleman Brook Mining Company, Bungy Trampoline, Mini Golf and more.

Rent or bring your own canoe or kayak and jump in Echo Lake, Lake Amherst, Lake Pauline or Lake Ninevah. Looking to play a round of golf
..then the Fox Run Golf Club is only a 5 minute drive and offers an18-hole championship golf course and 10-acre practice facility featuring a 4-hole short course, and full driving range.

This unit sleeps six and is fully equipped with towels, pots and pans and a large kitchen and living room that looks out at the slopes. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail in front of the gas fireplace. Watch the skiers get on and off the lifts and keep an eye out for the snow cat groomers that get the trails ready for fresh tracks in the morning.

This open floor plan allows for nice vacation time with friends and family since the kitchen is open to the dining/living area.

Perfect slopeside location for our families ski trip. Top of some nice green/easy runs for the kids. Easy to come and go for lunch, snacks, etc.. Alyson was incredibly easy to communicate with.

January Ski Trip

Amazing location for the slopes and lifts. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need for several days. Gas fireplace was great to use after coming off the slopes and in the evenings. Ski locker facility and gentle slope to the lift was an added bonus to get us out skiing quickly each day. Host was very response to questions. Would highly recommend for your group or family.

Nice place to stay

Alyson made everything easy for us. Answered all our questions in minutes. The place is as was advertised. Really close to the slopes. Check in and check out processes really easy. Maybe a few things could be better (bathroom knobs - both didn't work well, not enough towels, paper towel, trash bags and toilet paper for 6 people). Easy fixing. Anyway, we'll be back.

Condo is located right at the top of the main Clocktower lifts. Perfect for a family vacation with ski on ski off access!

Amazing ski on/off location

Location was amazing. True ski on/ski off perfect for getting the kids onto the mountain early, for breaks mid day, and convenient quick afternoon runs. Could watch people coming off the lift mid-mountain out our window during lunch breaks from skiing. Communication with the property manager was excellent starting pre-trip. Unit was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again!

Spectacular location and unit. Winter place building k, right at the top of the two lifts from clocktower base. Unit has everything you need for awesome stay.

Great Rental Place in an Optimal Location

This rental unit is in excellent shape, and is in my opinion in the most optimal ski-in/ski-out location in the mountain. Directions and communication from the property manager could not have been clearer.
