Kettle Brook is conveniently positioned on the mountain, surrounded by the beautiful Kettle Brook and Bull Run trails. Camp Plymouth State Park and Okemo State Forest are both 7.5 miles away, and you'll find Calvin Coolidge Historic Site and Coolidge State Forest less than 13 miles away. You'll love skiing down any of the Okemo Mountain Resort's 121 trails and exploring Downers Covered Bridge for some family fun.

This spacious two-story condo is perfect for families and groups of friends. Between the gorgeous wooded surroundings and spacious living area, you'll feel right at home. Snuggle up in the living room and find your perfect chilling spot near the wood-burning fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen's modern stainless steel appliances are sure to please the group chef as they prepare a feast. Dine together inside or dine alfresco on the deck as you gaze at the picturesque pond landscape. When it's time to retire for the evening, the plush bedding in the bedrooms ensures a good night's rest, while the TVs provide entertainment as you comfortably lounge.

A very clean condo. The furnishings are very nice. The ski out part is great literally a 2 minute walk. Only needs a spatula in the kitchen, thats how nice the place is.

Gorgeous place, gorgeous view but just a huge heads up for those visiting in the summer, there no AC and it gets REALLY WARM. No amount of fans or open windows really help in the afternoons.

Wonderful place

This unit is newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and clean. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation, including a sauna, ski locker in front of the unit, and a spacious front entrance with cubicles for storing helmets and hooks/ hangers for ski pants/jackets. The unit is steps from Kettlebrook trail, which made getting to the lifts very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Really appreciated the beautiful new renovation of the property. We've enjoyed our previous stays in A7 but the new furnishings, updated bathrooms and new lighting bring the home to another level. The improvements made for an even more relaxing and comfortable visit and we can't wait to return.

Location, but…

Stayed here for another week this year, which should indicate how much I like this condo. Great location, beautiful kitchen and pots ( I cook in), very very clean. But…price rose @$1000 this year with no upgrades. Main king bed creaks more than the floor and is not comfortable, bathrooms need same love given to the kitchen. Hard to watch small tv when I’m used to 65” at home. Don’t get me wrong- top floor, trailside, well-stocked, nice towels and bedding, but update if charging too dollar.

Amazing Ski-in / Ski-out Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful ski-in / ski-out condo. We loved the spacious living area, and it’s very nicely decorated for a welcoming and comfy feel. Beautifully redone kitchen, and the entire condo is very well equipped with everything we needed. Even when other properties were not ski-in / ski-out due to snow conditions, this one was! So easy to access the ski slopes. We loved our time at Okemo and look forward to staying in this home again!

Relaxing Visit

Had a very nice return stay at A7. The condo is comfortable, well appointed and very clean. We were disappointed that the fireplace was unusable during our stay awaiting an owner scheduled service call but the local Vacasa contact, Gina, was very responsive and helpful in dealing with our concerns

Great find!

Excellent end unit (extra windows/ light), well-stocked kitchen, quality bedding and towels, uncluttered. Kind bed kinda hard but great pillows. Unit was *very* clean from floors to surfaces to glasses. Nice job, and thanks.

Clean and bright

We enjoyed the easy access to the Okemo trails during our stay in Kettlebrook A7. The unit is clean and sunny, and the newly renovated kitchen is lovely. However the rest of the unit is quite dated and somewhat shabby. The carpet was stained, some of the dining chairs were falling apart and the bathrooms are in dire need of updating. We will be returning to Kettlebrook but in a different unit for sure.

Easy from check in to check out

The condo was very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Had an issue with the television when we arrived (Patriots were playing) and someone came within 10 minutes to fix the problem ! Easy access to trails makes this a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

What a spectacular location, right on a trail to ski in and out all day long! The property was fully decked out with everything we needed, from kitchen to bath to bedrooms to the fireplace! So clean and tidy! We are planning on staying again!

Nice stay in A7

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable 3 days in Kettlebrook A7. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The reservation process, including check in / check out, was very easy and we were even provided a local contact once we checked in. Looking forward to a return visit
