The Cozens Ranch Museum offers an immersive look at early homesteader history, less than a half-mile away.

The townhome boasts a bubbling private hot tub to help you rest and recharge so you're ready for the next outing. The mountain view deck is the perfect perch for enjoying morning coffee or aprés-skis. Plush seating, a smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace set the stage for family gatherings in the living room. A second living area and smart TV downstairs provide added household flexibility. A full suite of modern stainless steel appliances is equipped for stress-free meal prep. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Excellent place in Winter Park

We had a great time during our stay. Listing was accurate, location was great, and everything was a breeze for our entire time there (with good snow to boot)! Would definitely stay again in future trips.

Great place to stay around Winter park

The property is super clean and everything looks new. The kitchen is well stocked with things that we possibly need. There are sitting area on each level, and we got to spread around after a day of ski in Winter Park.Two car parking garage is very convenient for the winter. The hot tub is well maintained and there are plenty of towels for everyone to use. Will definitely stay again.

Clean house in a walkable area

Everything that we could have needed was in this house. The best part is you can walk a trail for 10-15minutes to get into town. The view on both balconies is also unbeatable since there are no houses behind. Our stay was a nice cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the summer and there was still plenty to do, including going on the gondola in the winter park village. We will definitely be coming back!

Love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at River Rest. Everything we could have needed for our visit was available in this stunning vacation mountain home. It is a completely brand new and incredibly clean home with beautiful decor in a fantastic location. Amazing views and very close to walking/hiking trails, restaurants, grocery, shopping, parks, and ski/sledding areas. Outstanding property management with excellent communication. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Modern and homey

This is a very rare property that is decorated and furnished like the owners live there and would want it to look and feel. It was not full of second hand furniture, old pots and pans or 10 year old TVs, it was really top notch and felt like a home away from home in the mountains with plenty do board games and cards, but also the modern conveniences of good Wi-Fi and apps on the TVs. The heated floor in the master bath was kinda awesome. But we did have to mess with the heat setting on the ecobee thermostat as it kept reverting to 66 degrees which was way too cold. Overall, an amazing property!

Amazing Mountain Getaway!

Our family (2 adults, 3 small children, and our au pair) had an incredible stay at this mountain townhome! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the stunning views and the efficient use of space. Kitchen, living room, primary bedroom/bathroom, and 1/2 bath are upstairs, 2 bedrooms and another living room downstairs. Every bedroom has their own bath. Parking was free and plenty (garage and driveway). The townhome is very much like an independent house and was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Location: Very close to Winter Park and a few minutes from the main street in Fraser. The grocery store is a few minutes driving distance and the restaurants are close by. Walking distance to many trails. There was a playground nearby and lots of places to walk around. Very convenient location. We went leaf peeping for the fall and found it very easy to get around. Cleanliness: The house was spotless and well-maintained. This is a newer build home and everything was very clean. Towels looked new. Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. There were even kid friendly dishes and cups and different sized ice cubes available in the freezer. Everything is labeled and all the details were very well thought out. We especially enjoyed the private hot tub and the 2 decks overlooking the views. There were games and TVs in most rooms for the entire family to spread out. We did not use it, but they had a pack and play available for babies. Overall, a great place to stay. Convenient, clean, and great use of space. Couples or friends could stay here but was great for my large family.
