Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
- Resort Parking Pass missing. $150+ for replacement (additional 80$ weekend charges if we require to replace it on a weekend or public holiday)
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)
